I used to be a manufacturing engineer here in the US, the fixtures they use are done the same as we did a few years back for electronic assembly (I did a lot of CATV work for one company, and the De-sta-co clamps, pogo pins and the fixtures are the same sort of equipment we used. Love your videos, wish I could be by your side in your travels - have a Fire Chicken for me!

All my HGLRC boards look the cleanest... them zenned out in that room must make for steady hands, cause it shows in their product.

HGLRC has some nice people working for them and they try their best to make good stuff. I run mostly HGLRC stuff and I've only had one issue with one of my boards after hundreds of batteries.

HGLRC? They make my favorite racing copter frame Batman 220 and Titan plus stack!
