Nice house. I like the high front door . Good backyard space and large high windows . For 33M it fails in value for the money. I don't like the Washer/dryer on the roof. Owner's bedroom and bathroom are small, no bathtube/jacuzzi, double sinks. No walk in closet in the Owner's! Other bedrooms could be bigger too. This is a missed opportunity. Not my kind of house, especially since it doesn't meet my basic requirements. Very little value for the money, 33M? Excellent presentation as usual.

Hi Edna, You have become a household name in my house. We are in the process of figuring out what design of house to build in our 50/100 plot in Kiambu area near Tatu city. So we wait for your videos like its a soap. Then we sit with my son and daughter and analyze everything sometimes rewinding and watches 2 or 3 times...So far, this house has taken the number 1 position however with some modifications! The Master MUST have a tub or jacuzzi surely!!! Also there ought to be an SQ. Other than that its a gorgeous house for a 40/80 plot which it took us a long time to agree that its a 40/80. We thought you had made a mistake. As you can see, you are already making history in peoples lives without even knowing. Well done! Your work is Excellent!

This house deserves a good master bed room with a bathtub or at least cubicle shower, also too small basic closet, and the kitchen too i very basic for that price, however exterior is very attractive

I agree with some of the comments. The house is beautiful, the finishing looks superb. Price -too much, the kitchen is too small for this size of a house, no proper allocation for electronics, no pantry, poor utilization of space

Good work Edna, as always. I do like the house, especially the neat finishing but... and I have to be brutally honest 😬 the price, ouch! I'm confused now as for the prices in Ruiru. Is it the high ceilings, the proximity to a major road or what else that accounts for 33M? I have seen objects with very comparable quality (some even better) and size that go for 12-15M in Ruiru. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Some of the design elements are great but why are sinks behind doors? 😭 also that staircase does not sit well with me it could atleast face the doorway otherwise I'd relocate it.
