Nice review Juliana Yeow for this minimalist and premium penthouse but the interior color of this penthouse is black color meaning black is premium it reminds me of this tagline of the Malaysian tiktoker Perodua Bezza Fendymojo his tagline in Bahasa Malaysia is hitam itu premium.
The presenter has great style herself, she looks polished, sophisticated and comfortable. Her explanation of each home feature is precise and professional. But this condo is not my style, all the dark color feels depressing and compressing for a small condo in humid tropical Singapore. To each of her own, interior design is a personal thing.
I actually prefer the room at the Mezzanine 😅 Note: I feel like there is huge potential of this room to be re-purposed in the event the family no longer requires a helper. it's an interesting home filled with fresh fixtures riding on the house' unique features to provide solutions for the owner's needs - While I like the idea of the structure above the master's bed, I personally find the lowered-frame right above the bed to be a bit 'daunting'; waking up to a vignette off my eyes may take awhile to get used to. Maybe if this structure can be lifted ever so slightly and sleeker/less protruding. Aside, I am also curious about the possibility (or regulations involved) of creating more lofts or taking advantage of more vertical spaces since 4.6m is at least twice if not thrice higher than a normal apartment roof.
