Dear I can Promise u that if it's foreigners but living in Uganda then those ones can Buy in other different communities or villages.. what they dont have are the villages for foreigners or villages for Politicians.. All the foreigners and politicians are allowed to buy any location in Akright, with all the rest of the other Rich people in that Estate. But ofcos the Rich who built Storied Houses stay on the high Hills of Akright and those with bungalow houses stay below the hills.. Hills are hard and expensive to build on so if one cant afford to build on the hill then they are Taken to the lower level of the hill. There is a Class of house that are allowed in AKRIGHT u have to match the standards of those houses, if not u cant be allowed to build

And for owning land in Uganda as a Kenyan it's very Possible. There is a land tenure that is given to foreigners. By Law u can Buy land and own it for 99 Years and if u need to renew after 99 years u can do that without a hassle... That can be arranged in the easiest way Possible... Land in Akright City is Not Cheap, being a very organized community, a Plot of land that Measures 100feet By 50feet (100ft × 50ft) costs Approximately 110 Million Uganda Shillings which is about 4,400,000 Kenya Shillings ( Four Million Four Hundred thousand). People who live there are really Rich. This means 25Decimals ( Quarter of an Acre) is 220Million Uganda Shillings and that is 8,800,000 Kenya shillings🙏🙏 Thank u brother

In Akright City The Diaspora village was created for Ugandans who are working and living abroad, Abroad means that u are currently Living in a Country that's Not Uganda. it doesn't matter which country as long as u are a Ugandan living and Making money from a different country but u want to buy land and build in Akright City That community was mainly created for those people.. Akright City is Vast, it's very large and they are divided in so many different communities

@Flourish_today I think what you are trying to Ask about Ceiling Heights because also determine the heights of the walls.... Well in My Country Walls go from between 8feet to 12 feet high depending on what type of building u are Contrusting, But I have heard of Some Residential Houses that go Up to 14Feet High But FYI, the higher you go the more expensive it becomes, Best advise is for you to get a Registered qualified Bulding engineer for advise depending on the type of building u want... Now Akright City is Not Owned By Anyone, U Own what u buy, it's just a an Arranged Community and all of us wd want to liv in Such Enviroments.. If u have Money and Buy Land or a House in Akright then u become part of the Owners but No one owns it as a whole Community. Thank u again
