@@peekaboo7958 To have a net worth of $20 million and be at the top 15 real estate brokers in NYCs cut throat environment, (#2 in million dollar listings) while having your own company named after you grossing extra profits through RU-vid through innovative content.. I'd say that's pretty successful, unless you're expecting 100s of millions to be a measure of success.
Ryan I love you and the place is great as they all are but you need a thesaurus my man. The overuse of amazing and gorgeous makes it just seem like forced positivity. And I know especially in this market someone will buy it regardless but you can do better.
