I miss living in Europe where people generally are more appreciative of Art. This video made my heart sing!! As an Artist, ALL I live for is to create, and also collect! So, to see her walls (like mine, full to bursting with pictures) made me profoundly happy. What a STRONG and beautiful woman! And what a wonderful creation of a house, of a Life! Thank you so much for finding these fabulous creative people!!!
Stunning home...there's so much to take in that I already know I'm watching it slowed down multiple times over..the dining table that rolls in n out??!!! Ingenious..I had only seen pocket doors or hi-fi TVs with this mechanism but never a dining table..that massive drawer in kitchen - its almost a pantry!! So sleek n intergrated into kitchen, far better than having a separate pantry unit..very well done up home..thanks much Everhouse, you are slaying it with every episode 👏👏👏👏
This is such a fantastic home in every sense. Though there are so many pieces of art, it is the antithesis of a minimalist box. The owner's aesthetic is clearly inscribed but without being self-conscious. I've never been to Valletta or Malta but it looks beautiful. The dogs are also very lucky to share the space!
Gorgeous of a house❤️ love how they live in the house filled with beautiful arts✨⭐️🙌💌 it’s so true every square meter of the house speaks art and life ❤️ bravo👏
Perfection, perfection. Perfection. Perfection! I love her viewpoint on life, because it is exactly mine! Holy hell, I love this house! And I love everything in it!❤❤❤❤❤❤
What a fabulous, unique home! I love all her art and I agree with Joanna that living artists need to be supported so that they continue producing so they can continue enriching the fabric of society. I love supporting local artists 👌🏼
It's rare to see a modern build infused with such soul! I really loved this place and everything she's done with it, and loclved hearing her express her values, thoughts and ideas for her home. It's spectacular without a trace of gaudiness and full of life, warmth and creativity. Definately clear that here people, things, art and uses of spaces can and do change and move aroumd freely and develop over time, so nothing is "staged" or "precious" which i often find suffocating and the very opposite od creativity affirming, and really thats the most unusual aspect of her home. Love it! She seems like a really interesting and grounded person ❤❤❤
Oh my goodness, what an adventure of a house. It’s always important to be original, and not copy ‘trends’ - to have four stories in which to live is so luxurious and freeing. But one question : who does the housework? I wish I had known this side of Valletta when we visited, I saw nothing of this and despite visiting an elderly relative on Malta and staying for a night in Gozo, our time in Malta was limited by the weather (so hot) and our lack of research.
What a stunning home, and city to live in! The passion of the owner and the well thought out design shines through. I have enjoyed this episode so much that I've watched it twice! Well done to you and your family on achieving an amazing home.
You are so Very blessed to have such a marvelous home, my dear! Beautiful city - beautiful Malta! From an old Englishman in exile in central Mexico - “que padre!”.
very much enjoyed this.. loved your quote of house is "a machine for living".. i'm trying to setup a personalized thoughtful design-infused home in milwaukee & took away lots of inspiration!!
Nice place to live. The owner and family did not try hard to live in a ‘showroom’….instead they chose the style that they love althought some parts of it are not preferred by the others. Love the honesty of the space.
This is what I call an exciting space, it shows the personality of the owner. Much better than the aseptic 'interior designer' spaces shown on the likes of AD home tours which smack of nouveau riche.
Is she the one who suggested that residents who are bothered by noise should move out if the city? Does she rent out the house for events or as a guest house or does she live there?
