Thank YOU for saying those kind words, Nompumelelo. I honestly think too many people forget the SOCIAL part in SOCIAL MEDIA and just can’t be bothered to regularly dive into the comment section of their own posts, answer questions, or even give a helping hand! 🤔 It’s big pet peeve of mine. I did it when I had 2,500 followers on Instagram, 25,000 followers, and still did it when I crossed the 250,000-follower mark…
I hear you - I’ll ask Francois if he has any other similar designs. Curious to see more of them & who knows, it might grow on me! Just like the matte painted cars & that new BMW front grill for me 🤓
I really love how the whole house was designed to let natural light in from every possible angle and maximise the amazing views.I feel like every season will give such unique views. How do you heat up such a large open space though, does the property have any underfloor heating?… I’m clearly not a winter person😂
Hear hear, Blinky! No idea - I can only assume due to the property’s positioning that the sunlight during the day warms it up to take off that (cold) edge at night without needing underfloor heating?🤔
Suggestion : On these videos Can you also please tell us how much electricity and water is likely to cost on month's basis If that's possible.Thank you🙏
Thanks for stopping by, Syre. I hear you but that’s not the purpose of this channel. It’s not a listing portal - I focus on showcasing the properties, which may or may not be for sale. Having said that, I do always add the listing link in the description, so anyone interested in more details than the basic ones I’ve provided can find those there.
Missing chandeliers in obvious spaces with large volume pointed towards the street. Waste of wiring opportunity that could have proven magnificent at 7:49 🤦🏾. I would definitely have to get that done no exceptions.
Light Hard wood floors would do this house a lot of good ,I'm not sure if it's just me but white tiles with white walls and white furniture make the house look cold and lacks contrast.
Thanks for stopping by, Thubelihle! Fair point - this type of flooring doesn’t get used as much anymore, and more preference goes to wooden floors nowadays 🥰
This is a beautiful home but the agent failed us, he was reviewing the lighting and anesthetics of the house instead of the actual house. We didn't see the kitchen, scalery and bedrooms, he didn't say anything about how the water and levies work, is there a solarsystem or not what happens when the municipality cuts the water off, the technology in the house, the security system etc. And to be honest this is a pattern I picked up from male agents they're always in a rush to finish instead of giving us a detailed house tour.
Thx for stopping by, Jessica. Sorry just saw this msg. It’s quite a different type of home tour with an architect vs real estate agent. The former will give more details on design/architecture, while the latter will likely focus on every room/feature.
Hey Rego, thanks for stopping by! Long story short: someone disabled (hacked?) my 252k IG account. Afraid there’s a small chance it’ll ever come back online again. Afraid you’ll have to turn on notifications here on RU-vid to follow my video content as I’m going “balls to the wall” on this account 😎
Fair point - Doing a tour with the architect isn’t the same as with a real estate agent. The latter tends to pretty much cover every single space/room, whereas the former skips quite a few areas to discuss different aspects of the home.
