37:52 if you're ever in the situation where the shield is moving faster (if you look where the shield is when the shockwave hits while you're waiting on the platform, it will be in the same place when you are trying to use it), you can dangle down from the ledge to still be shielded from the shockwave. Pretty gutsy to go for clock skip with that setup :P

It looks like you're trying to do the huddle swim tech. You need to alternate up and left, and hold each for a moment.
