very over the top typical flashy but expensive to maintain not worth $3 million i live in south Africa in santon and you can get much better house for one third of the price south Africa has the most expensive real estate in Africa much superior estates in south Africa then banana island for a third of the price

I'm a Black American from the United States. This apartment is for a specifc demographic. The person who will live there is most likely a chief executive, enterpreneur, technology or captain of industry would wants all of the amenities included.I can see an oil tycoon, tech person, Black American, chief executive officer in this apartment. A house would mean that you pay for the service and maintenance. This apartment is nice with convenience.

Well for me $3 million is way too much. The decor is OK it’s not that top. They have a house that here in the US for 1 million is very beautiful house with the pool six bedroom. It’s a long way to expensive.

I'm French and white, and I agree. I lived and worked in Lagos and Abuja from 2014 to 2019. Not to sound racist, but what an absolute disaster of a country at every level. You're right, East Africa is much better. I now live in Mauritius with my Chinese wife. The only good thing in Nigeria is the food! Amazing flavours!
