Would it be wise to submit your passport and have both the study visa and visitor visa. Also would it raise issues with immigration

I am coming to Canada for 2 years study permit along with my family. Already did WES for masters degree. My question is are you taking cases for engineering licence? Also as I have already made ECA for masters, should I also do ECA for bachelor degree?
In Canada, undergraduate engineering programs are CEAB accredited. No master degrees are CEAB accredited. When you apply for Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) license with the province, an individual assessment of your undergraduate education may be conducted. Each province regulates its own engineers: PEO (ON), APEGA (AB), APEGS (SK), APEGNB (NB), etc. The response to your non-CEAB accredited degree could not different, depending on the province. Quebec requires a French language test for licensure. CEAB=Canadian Engineering Accreditation Board.

When you are in Canada, you can talk to a college admission office. I believe you need to take a short course (prerequisite to the academic course) and no study permit required. After the short course, apply for study permit of the academic course. This is a tip for you to do further research.
