To my Indian friends, if you are going to Zhangjiajie, you have to visit the "Avatar" Mountains, that's the main attraction, not so much the Tianmen (Heaven's Gate) or this trail. That place is ethereal esp when there's floating clouds giving it the feel the mountains peaks are floating around. Going there and not see the Avatar Mountain is like not having been to Zhangjiajie at all. I think the entire park need 2-3 days, and correct me if I'm wrong (from local Chinese), the ticket price allows you to enter the park again on subsequent days?

@kingtmfaisaltm6554 we certainly can. It is a common misconception that Chinese are completely sealed off from the world that Chinese people are brainwashed and ignorant. The truth is that everyone in China can easily use a VPN to use any apps or websites. It is a bit inconvenient, sure, and the Chinese govt does this so less tech-savvy citizens won't bother to try. Most Chinese are not proficient in English, so it really doesn't matter to them. The question is, what does regular Chinese gain by accessing RU-vid, Facebook, or Instagram? The messages are so hostile, biased, and racist towards Chinese anyway. China is not western style democracy. It doesn't need to provoke nationalism to gain legitimacy. Why make our citizens hate foreigners? Do we want to have a fight with everyone who hates us? China only wants to work on our own problems. Until a new world order is made, haters are gonna hate 🙂 normal people should not waste their time on those nonsense anyway.

Your safety rope has two safety hooks. In reality, you made a mistake. These two safety hooks should be alternately engaged. When you encounter a support pillar of the steel cable, you should open one that connects to the rear section, then open the other one, and proceed alternately. Having only one hook engaged poses a certain risk.

I don’t recall your other videos but you could explore more of the local cuisines. If you’re worried about the ingredients, you can ask someone to write out in Chinese your dietary preference or food to be avoided. For example it could be “Vegetarian - ok to eat eggs” or … You can just show that to service staff and then you can eat more confidently. Thanks for this video.
