Wow! China’s electronics market is unmatched! And most of the stuffs are affordable! I was scared you’d crash the drone when you were trying it. Haha. Under 500£ for the iPhone 15. Not bad! Wow. 🤠 your interactions with the sellers are smooth bro! Keep these coming man! Nice!
Haha nearly put the drone on the roof. Definitely worth a visit. I’m trying to brush up on the Chinese 😅 You’re too kind man! Thanks for watching, more to come 🫡
Wow !, such a HUGE and MASSIVE Electronic Goods Mall in the heart of Qingdao, a First-Tier City in PRChina, with an urban population of some 6.0 Million, somehow cannot help not noticing that our Wesley Winter was the only single customer in the entire huge shopping mall floor. Also, while in the Basement floor, where the foods/restaurants were located, there was not a SINGLE diner in sight of the camera. What is happening to Qingdao?.. where are the Chinese & Foreign shoppers ??. Are these scenes taken, re-enforcing and reflecting these days in 2023 the rather dismal and poor situation of Chinese Citizens, no longer interested in consumption and buying anything ??.
These markets are very interesting. It kinda feels like they sell almost everything you look for on a Chinese tech webshop. I’ve been to one in Hong Kong and my eyes popped out of my head looking at all of the cool stuff. 🤣 Japan also has a very cool second hand option in Akihabara if you’re into Japanese tech.
The last time I was in China was a while ago, maybe in 2004. We went to a similar market in Shenzhen. It was so busy and vibrant. People doing deals and wanting to talk. It seems so dead now. I thought this video was set early in the morning but it’s actually in the afternoon.
hey buddy I wanna say thank you for the nice video a lot of info, this goes to show your great communication skills and storytelling also very nice guy the kid from the screen store, I would love his contact in order to try get some business done in the future. also if you are still in china which I doubt cause maybe you live in Uk as you said in the video please provide me with a way of communication if it's possible. thank you again
Hey man, thanks a lot! Appreciate the words man, it means a lot 👊🏻 do you have wechat? Drop it below and I’ll ask him to add you. Thanks for the support mate
The use of calculator is prevalent in India as well. There is a street in Mumbai India called Lamington Road where you can buy electronics and they will pull out the calculator and only then tell you the price
@@WesleyWinter. excellent constructive exchange with him...I learned and noted a lot of things. I would have liked to have his contact to do business with his company in relation to the gamer. In case you have his contact I am waiting...please in the next videos don't forget the contacts when you have this kind of cordial meeting so that each of you benefits from it. All my encouragement for the future!😉
@@kikoun Cheers man! He doesn't actually work there anymore, if you need any help drop me a message on IG. Thanks for checking out the video and subscribing if you did. Appreciate the support
Ni hao ma? Could you explain the simplest method to transfer British Pounds into RMB to pay for goods whilst in China? I've seen a lot of people talk about #Wechat and #Alipay, however I doubt this will work for British people once they land in China because the phones are on UK cellular networks.
You can't use wechat pay and alipay in China. They require you to have a china bank account which means you need to be a chinese citizen. Wechat pay and alipay are accepted in some online stores as the vendors have international QR codes . However , local stores do not have them and when you try to pay using the 2 methods there , it will not work as your card will not be accepted. It's better off having cash.
Thank you for taking the video. There are many office computers in our branch stores, which looks very messy. The network in China is very complex, but our customized computers are cheap, which is also a benefit of our isolation. Your video is very excellent. If you are still in Qingdao, I hope you can come to our other store to take a look. There are many game computers here. We can also chat and I will tell you more stories about China
I just browsed the videos on your profile and I noticed the face of the "boss" here in glasses ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-OAWjbCPY1BM.html in one of your videos ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-1z8aLHRPhHA.html "new store opening". can I have your contact or email for business ?
With the ability to imitate technology in China, RU-vidrs from abroad who live in China can also make Android phones and modify iPhones ( RU-vid channel : Strange Parts ) 😁
Maybe, but it’s probably more likely they know how to assemble phones so used different pieces from different iPhones. In the video, you can see they all know how to fix them up
@@WesleyWinter. well I would like to have a look will be for business, but don’t know exactly yet. So the option is to go and for first time. What you could advise me..

@@WesleyWinter. Do not know about you, myself have had travelled to PRChina multiple dozens of times, during the last 2 -decades, prior to the Pandemic Zero-Covid times in PRChina. Then, anytime of the day, until into the evening, all the Malls are always crowded and even oneself can see queues waiting to enter the Shopping Malls, esp. in the large first-tier Cities, Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou etc. just before 10.00 a.m. every morning. Qingdao City is not some 3th - 4th rural Tiers City, it is a FIRST TIER City in PRChina and Qingdao is best known International for its famous Tsingtao Beer, exported Internationally to many countries, as well for its famous freshy catch seafoods etc. in China. So, do enlighten us, what day of the week and at approximately time of the day, those empty mall scenes & empty restaurants & food stalls with zero patrons, were captured on your camera. If, i can offer some advice, you should brush up your conversational Putonghua, if seriously focusing on making videos focusing on PRChina.
Are you like the Chinese Karen 😂 check the next video I go to Taidong market that’s opposite the electronic market. A lot of the stores in the electronic market also sell to businesses so they don’t require as much foot fall like they used to. That area was just a bit dead doesn’t mean the whole city is…
@@WesleyWinter. I feel sorry for you, for telling and providing false information & facts happening in PRChina, these days. Becos, at your young age, this embarrassment and burden will forever weight and stick-on to you for the rest of your lives. If you're some old fellows, doing it to make some extra income, it would not matter so much, soon to retire. However, at your young age, that would surely be a serious issue going forward, as to what else to do afterwards, when PRChina changes completely and the reality and real truth all emerge. Again, if i can offer an advice, you should be careful to moderate yourself in Praising & Singing Songs on behalf of the Chinese Communist Party.
Hahahaha get a life mate. Visiting a country and showing what it has to offer is completely different to talking about a countries government. I don’t mention anything political. You should keep an eye on my next few videos and you’ll be eating some humble pie ☺️
@@WesleyWinter. Ya even for second hand iPhones aren't priced that low. I'm here in Canada and prices for iPhones are super high even for used iPhones like iPhone 13-14-15 are in the $1000 Canadian dollar price point. iPhone 15 pro max used sells for $1500 Canadian dollar.
Yeah, after going there these sort of places are probably best if you want a custom pc. Wouldn’t want to lose money on a second hand phone that could break sooner or later
You cant go around random people's shop with your camera recording and ask for prices randomly and leave right after. They're there operating they don't owe u shit bro. Have some respect
So I was meant to buy the whole market? It’s the most normal question to ask a seller. They didn’t mind anyway. Have some respect coming on here talking shit
Hahaha😂😂 chinese boy don't compare with western vs China. Look at the western monthly cost. In china all products prices are low and salary is also low. On the other hand western all things are so expensive and the salary is also good. You can get good apparent rent in China with 200-300$ for a month. But in America you must need 500-1000$. We are living here we know
I'm new to your channel... It's very interesting. To see how The people of China shop. 👍 I am really big on Men's fragrances If you can make a video on Men's fragrances that will be fun to watch . Like the brands Dolce and Gabbana, Bvgalri, Armaf , . Thanks I will be watching more of your videos
Thanks man! Appreciate it, welcome 👊🏻 haha that’s a cool idea I’ll keep it in mind for sure. Got plenty of different videos coming up man. Thanks again 🙏🏻
