I'm sure I speak for many others when I say, I hope you'll show more pieces like this one in the future! A good balance of historic and modern house tours.
But u need & it requires someone with a half decent appreciation of the History to present& show it..And this isn't for this pretty young girl! Even if she receives her inspiration from ' Bridgerton' and it's new take on British History&the Monarchy!
She really is so charming. I have a couple of family friends who have their family seats in some of the old homes in England and Wales, and she reminds me so much of their mums. We really are fortunate that there are so many like them who are obsessed with being good stewards of these historical buildings regardless of the financial challenges (and heartbreak) that come with it.
You couldn’t put a price on that truly wonderful beautiful house,I can sense the love coming from the house, absolutely priceless, well done to the owner
My brother got married here in May - the most magical estate in the country. Shame they didn't show much of the church, stable yard and ancillary buildings, the whole place is perfection.
Excellent editing switching between the childlike excitement of Summer to the serious commentary of the owner, well done Matt and Summer by far your best ever video ❤
History speaks for itself in terms of beauty. Look at the quality and workmanship of this home. You probably can't find a lot of materials that was used in this home.
STUNNING event destination, film location. Drone shots of deer bevy and creek open imaginations to property's magic. Their process of restoration without borrowing must've required tons of patience and tenacity. Floor torchieres in room w/Moon portraits are memorable for wrong reason, but all other moments were utter perfection (and maybe sconces are planned). Elizabeth and daughters' conscientious approach to community and environment impart hope - similar owners of restored country homes and castles (UK and France) are more appreciated than they know. THANKS.
For me, this is one of your best video. The takes, the editing, the voice over. And love the flow of your script from the intro to the outro! Informative and pleasing to the eyes. Would be best if, aside from the Stewardy, you could have included a quick tour, or perhaps aerial shots of the church, barn, and the surroundings 🙂. What a beautiful, stunning estate, with its years of worthy restoration projects and beautiful interior design. Wishing Claire the best for the future plan of the house, especially on how the circular economic can potentially help them maintaining and leveraging the estate. And good luck for your going-international plan!
Beautiful house! I love how these estates turn into hosting events, especially with being careful to retain its originality and re-using parts of the rooms. I feel bad for her that those chunky heels weren't suitable! Seems like the flooring must be walked on carefully.
Very well done video. Not only got to see a beautiful house, but also learned a lot about history and what goes into the preservation and restoration of these amazing places.
Such an amazing property! Great job. Keep it up, please!!!! Btw video by video, we are watching how both of you are constanly improving your skills and performance. It's a nice touch.
Hello from down in Australia guys love being a member of ur luxury home show family?. This manor house is so so amazing stunning to look at inside n out ?. You both must feel privileged to see this piece of amazing history still standing n all its grandeur ?. Here's hoping this stays in this families legacy ?. Keep up the work guys , love seeing ur luxury home show vlogs being done by you and your team ?.
Very nice, guys please could you consider doing a video on apartments within a mansion style property, owning a small piece of it and enjoying a lot of it
Very interesting video and very nicely done. Elizabeth Fortescue proved to be a very clever and prudent person when she decided not to borrow money. Over the last 20 years the banks have become more greedy, ruthless and hateful than ever. The family possess some beautiful portraits. I managed to identify Hoppner's superb portrait of William Pitt the Younger (9.10). The original (commissioned in 1804) is at Cowdrey Park. The excellence of the portrait and Mr. Pitt's popularity led to the production of many copies. I am looking forward to more of your videos. Greetings from Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Lovely home and grounds. Excellent presentation. However; why do so many RU-vid hostesses dress for Saturday night in the clubs? Not professional, not necessary, and actually a distraction. Very pretty lady for whom there is no need.
All else aside, I don't think I've ever seen an obelisk in someone's private house (i know this is an estate but still) and I don't know what to make of it😂
I'm reminded of the movie, Mordecai, starring Johnny Depp, playing the role of an aristocrat descendent who inherited a big house like this one, but is no longer wealthy, yet wealthy enough to have a nanny/butler following him around. It's hilarious! There's another channel named "How to Renovate a Chateau" or something, where a couple moved into an old French Chateau and vlog about their restoration journey, which is quite interesting, though I haven't watched many episodes but they were just so memorable.
Too fast between shots...it's given me epileptic shock trying to watch the first minute of this! There's gotta be nearly 100 shots you're flipping between on rapid fire. The dress is a bit short as well. Are we supposed to be looking at the house or your legs?
Why not just put Summer in a bikini? What blatant clickbait for the show. The classiness of the female homeowners comes out in sharp relief to the presenter’s unprofessional attire.
Gee? The husband and heir to this manor estate was left out of the picture? Wife took all the credit. But at least the daughter said it was a big team of people that brought the estate back to life and kept it running. But that's a common theme in modern renovations.
They would have made a killing if they Airbnb'd it in the last few years. Too bad they didn't have time to market it properly or they could have covered their funds and generated some cash flow.
The young woman I feel is not really dressed appropriately for this viewing of a stately estate just my opinion not very professional looks like your going to a trashy nightclub lift your game!

Beautiful and interesting home. However I must say the interviewer's low cut blue dress is totally inappropriate and in very bad taste for what she's doing.
I watched this video because the stunning presenter told interesting sotries about the house. However, all the other videos on the channel have a very off-putting male presenter who walks around waving his arms in the air like he expects to fly away like a bird. Even when the woman is in the show the male introduces the video so I click off right away.
