So on house #1….the bathroom doesn’t close up?? The toilet is facing the front room?? It’s fine if you’re alone, but why wouldn’t there be a pocket door???
You know what…that’s true. I would hate having a company, and every time they gotta go to the bathroom they get to see how my bedroom looks. Which is usually a mess!😂
The second one , I would much prefer the bedroom and bathroom change places. I don’t like the idea of guests having to walk through my bedroom to get to the bathroom. But otherwise it’s a pretty nice place.
The 1st home I would want a 30-foot home for more room. I don't like the step down unless there's a permanent step, so you don't fall. It's a hazard. The couch is nice, but it needs to be a little smaller. It takes up so much space. I like the entry way. The house needs more windows. The 2nd home i don't like at all. The 3rd home I like the brightness of this home. It does need to be larger. It's too small for permanent living on a full-time basis.
Those dont look tiny at all from the inside lol😂😂😂 they're very nice very very nice i like em. .ive always had a fantasy about living in a RV or a Tiny home 😁..cute real cute ..❤❤
The 2nd home. The wall colors are too dark. I would choose a lighter, brighter color. It's nice that the bathroom has a window. I would opt for a stackable washer/dryer in the bathroom.
Blinds on the last one are horrible. Not good for privacy at all. If you are renting that one out with those lousy blinds I wouldn’t rent from you. Otherwise it’s a beautiful place. Edit: When did ovens become an option?! Good grief! And the 1st place no windows until you get to the loft bedroom area and then there is a window the length of the bed, and clearly no curtains were hung over it. Very strange considering there are so few windows in it. NOPE! Also, the place is a disaster trap. The loft has no decent egress window, which is law in many places. One door and no decent egress window in the loft. It’s an absolute tomb! Honestly, a tiny home is more work, because it constantly needs tidied up to look clean. OCD overload in action! Then people end up building a shed to store things in and have a washer and dryer, which means it needs water hookup, drains, and heat for the winter if you live in a colder climate. Then in tornado prone areas there needs to be a storm shelter built since there is no basement. So even more extra cost! Not so cheap now. Really doesn’t do a thing to free you up to have more time to do more things in life and put more time into your goals. Only someone who has never lived in a small home would come up with that ideology.
