He offical said that he sleep form 1am- 7am The creator of this video in the starting "elon musk work 20hrs a day" After some second "he sleep 7 hrs a day" WTF he is not clear and he is giving us information.
It's not about the time someone works it's about the dedication someone puts to his work for example there are two guys one studies 10 hours a day and other studies 3 hours a day the second guy tops the class it's because he had no distractions and when he sits down for 3 hours Nothing can distract him whereas the guy who studies 10 hours a day does not Keep his mind to the work thinking of something else hence they say work like a horse not donkey
The number of hours you put in does not matter but the work you put in does to be successful you need to be the best in all fields from playing to studying

Showers are amazing. I've been telling people that for years. As much as I respected Elon before, I now respect him more for figuring out the zen creativity boost you get from a shower.
i am a bit worried about Elon's health. He has gained a lot of weight lately, and he has serious back injuries, not able to walk up straight. he needs to be careful, because he won't live forever
It is unrealistic to work 20 hours a day, he has to wake up, have breakfast, take a shower, for at least 40 minutes, he reads 2 books a day for another 4 hours at least. Conclusion: he works 17.2 hours a day, if he does not meet with his girlfriend and children.
Even my waking up + having a breakfast and taking a shower routine lasts for only 10 minutes, nothing unrealistic here. However, chickens find flying unrealistic and impossible. Don't be a chicken, be an eagle and reach the skies.

The day someone is rich is the day you have as much leisure time, and wealth that can maintain (“your personal” lifestyle spending) comfortably for your lifetime. So the answer to many who appear rich.. they could not keep up that spending the way they do without ever having to work again. In conclusion.. most that appear rich are not, they are tied to their work, for maintaining their spending (in Elon’s situation it is put back into Tesla to bring forward an affordable model bringing down their battery expenses for now) but he is one of a kind that seems to enjoy being a workaholic which I don’t see him ever slowing down

"rich" is all relative. Most measure it by financial worth. Perhaps a rich life is one that totally meets the needs of the particular person and not the arbitrary criteria of society. You can have tons of cash and be miserable... that is not rich!!!

In India ,a JEE aspirant shares same hectic routine but to study whole day for Entrance and sleep 4-6 hours sometimes even skip it.I am also one of them, its like hell . We are cut from outside world and feels as if we are locked in room with books.
