This hospital served our late forefathers, grandparents, even us, some of us were not born in the hospital, rather in our villages, as were told by our late parents, but whenever we got sick our parents travelled far distances to take us to this Ganta Methodist Hospital, as we were told. Even as I grew up, Grandparents and parents told us that many, many years ago, this hospital treated almost every citizen in Liberia and most of our neighboring countries used to be treated here. My late Dad told me this hospital used to treat every disease, and had a certain or special injection that treated all the diseases, I think, if my memory serves me rightly, he told me the name of the medication was called Penicillin and everyone was told to travel to Ganta to be treated This was blessing for our people years back they were not getting sick or suffer from lots of diseases. So sad this all important and over all Hospitals is now in great needs!!!
Emmanuel great work in show casing Liberia, I have been following your channel for quite some time. It is very touching to see such a large hospital is lacking in equipment. I love your channel, and always eager to see what you have to show each time. Jerome
