INSIDE GARAGE: John's '72 Mazda RX3 'FATRX3' 

Never owned a rotary never been interested in owning one but my.godthis car changes your mind. I truely believe this is the best tastefully done modified car of all time. The owner should be working for a car company designing cars. I own a vl turbo with slightly more power and for once can say I don't care about hp or 1/4 mile times. The workmanship on this car interior and exterior wise is just unbelievable and the color is simply fantastic. This car is not overly in your face just so tastefully done like when you seee a Ferrari it is just perfect. true credit to owner seems to have a good attitude and down to earth, well done on success u deserve it well done

The Simmons and the tubbing, interior isn't my cup of tea, but I must say WOW the quality, fit and finish of this car is superb. I take my hat off to the guy's who built it and it's great that he's achieved the success he hoped for and his family are proud of him and support him. Well done.

The 90s was the year of the rotaries they just sounded like a monster was hiding under the bonnet.. the memories this brings back😁

In 1998 I acquired a 73 rx3 4 bbl 13b for a load of gravel for this widowed woman's driveway, and to make her ol tractor run again. It had a tank of old fuel and I never started it. It ended up going to Fort Leonard ,Mo. I hope someday it will be seen RU-vid too !!! Hello???

My old man took me for 5 flying laps around the Phillip Island race track in a monster ported 13B like this. In the early 80s before it became a regular track for supercars, etc... .

bad man car bro love it I'm from new Zealand we love rotarys I've owned many 7s rx2 gutted I sold sold for $4g now worth 2o plus here and my 3rd car I owned was a 8o8 waggin full rx3 conversion I got it for a swop on a bettin up Honda you definitely have the eye for how they should be made and how they sit then you show your v8 the colour the height just perfect best I've ever seen two of the hottest cars ever nice work bro

The bought an rx3 coup 30 years ago on Parramatta Rd when i was 17. I paid $2500 for it from a car yard. I sold it a year later for 4k after i put a bridge port in it.I wish i still had that car today Lol.
