Was in here when it was the old medomsley..almost sure there was a social club and housing estate for the screws close by. Remember..onslow..german..sooty...cool kat ..dr death..fat cyril..big john Mgee..the bent chef...

I was in here 2011 when I was 16 I had a great laugh for two months I tell ya 🤣

I was in here for 6months when I was 13 years old, had 2 murders on my wing, 2 male wings and one female wing, rooms had on sweat shower room, I remember getting McDonald’s after a fire drill, The football pitch in the middle of the wings wasn’t there then, think it was 2005 enjoyed my stay

I was here in 2005 it was awesome I really enjoyed my time here, I'm surprised to hear the later staff were abusive but I honestly believe if you were sound with them they were sound back. Long time ago but I still think about Hassockfield and the time I spent there. They were very nice people trying to do thier best for the kids there. I painted the education ward because my school kicked me out and I really felt accepted and appreciated there. It's a shame for me that this wasn't the case in future.

I was locked up here when I was younger it was a wicked place tbh I was even in the army cadets there

Remember this place think my stay was 2006 only person I remember was a murderer by the name Aaron Singh who was 17 at the time and waiting to go to YOI. Anybody remember?

I was in the old detention centre before that place was built on its old ground what a evil place
