You can see the impact of losing a parent on her. The way she collects all the memories and writes the letters to her kids. She wants her kids to have those letters just in case something will happen to her. Very touching.

One thing about Kim and the whole family: - They are extremely family oriented. They scrapbook, workout, spend time and have fun TOGETHER. These values are so important nowadays…. You can tell Kim is such a calm, and loving mother.

I think a lot more of us would be more family oriented if we had the money to do so. Unfortunately a lot of us have to spend so much time working outside of the house just to keep a roof over our head. They had to deal with cameras in their homes for the last couple decades so I won’t call them lucky but I’m definitely envious of the amount of money they have.

I love the idea of making scrapbook for your kids so that they can look back on to them to have a peek into past whenever they want. My mum also made one for me when I was a baby, now when I look at that I see all the memories and pictures and how she saved few of my old clothes and toys so that I can have them as a sweet reminder.❤️

Someone did a vid a while back (I don't remember if it was yt or tiktok), explaining their mom is North's art teacher (pretty affluent apparently) and teaches really good basic techniques to kids - the landscape one is part of her teaching I believe, girl in the vid had made a similar painting as a kid. I think it's great North gets art lessons to go w her interest in creativity!

definitely agree, I really disliked it the first time I saw it but in this video I was just in awe. It's really as calming as she said she wants it to be, it reminded me of a spa resort to be honest. It also kind of feels like a modern and minimalistic take on a french castle or something? Or maybe ancient greek/roman? Either way it's gorgeous

When you become a parent it’s not about you anymore and it’s horrible there’s no toys in the house or yard and they have to live in a sanitized place like that where they can’t be normal. It’s sad. If you don’t have slides and swings and toys in your yard or dolls and trucks and toys around your house then why have kids . It’s sad.

Liked for their use of their meadow garden….there were very few impersonal details she shared and glad she decided to include the importance of having her family use one. Well, when you’re able to send your kid to a top tier school, I think it’s pretty normal to create art like that this early on. They probably have an art teacher that’s experienced in, sculpting, painting, etc.

I read that other kids who had the same art teacher as North were taught how to paint the same type of paintings. Basically the art teacher is just really good at what they do and specialises in teaching kids to do paintings and art like that even at a really young age

I’m an oil painting artist and I can say she’s indeed very good for her age. Her understanding of color and proportions are there, but what’s most impressive is her ability to portray expression and emotion. But again no surprise being Kanye’s daughter.
