Why are Kenyans obsessed with pools...I hate them... it's not a must have. People who have them hardly use them. They have a community pool which will suffice.
I used to have the same question, and then I figured the amount of maintenance that comes with certain amenities is not work everyone desires to have to do or delegate.
Some of these houses make you question yourself on whether you really know Kenya for such aesthetics on development. It's always a pleasure watching this house tours 💯 Double sink 😀
The real estate market has truly outdone itself with this gem! 🏡💖 Can't wait to see more incredible listings like this. Keep those fantastic videos coming, Mansa Team.
Super awesome investment, keep up the good work 😁 Small suggestion.. plz address Feng Shui (placement theory) for house floor plans. This ensures smooth magnetic & energy flow. The location of every room eg bedrooms & position of beds in relation to door position suggested by where electric sockets etc.. a Command Position ensures you always face the entrance 😊
I love this house. No neighbours that close would have been nicer for me but it's a house worth considering besides that. The ironing room would make the perfect office space. Nice detailed tour.
This house puts the USD 12 million Zanzibar house to shame. It’s the privacy, the views, the sheer craftsmanship. This is a proper entertainer’s house. If I had this house, I’d have weekly parties just to show off my blessings
There's no privacy in a gated community...yes the house is really nice with an amazing contemporary design.but for that kind of money I would opt for more seclusion and exclusivity..
Time to do more work😅great episode👏👏the house is great but what is greater is the location of the house👌good work willis and Mark and happy boyfriend's day😂😂
The two kitchens are missing a dishwasher. For that price tag, you need more than one dishwasher. The tub in the primary bedroom isn't appealing. Free standing tub would have been perfect.
The real estate market in Kenya has gone crazy, 185M 😳 this house sits on a quarter of an acre or something? No Garden at all, no pool on top of it all you are squeezed in between your neighbours and no privacy. For 185M i would expect a substantive house with at least an acre in the area. Buy an acre build your own house and it will still work out cheaper. 🤷🏿♂️
Location. That money can’t buy you an acre in this location. Maybe a half acre, then you won’t get the gated community benefit. Comes with a pool and fully fitted gym. But kila mtu na starehe zake.
People have been saying this for years. With all the illegal money and historical injustices in this country, I don’t think it will ever happen. Unless we address bad governance first. That is the only way out of this quagmire…. Something that unfortunately Kenyans are not ready to address.
I would be more interested in how much the neighbours are selling their land. Given how the neighbourhood looks it would be better to buy land build the same for yourself.
Eiiiishhhh!!! ..... Mansa?? ..... leave houses alone ..... review hotels for sale!! ..... talk about upping your game 😀 ..... Nowadays I see the ground floor used as a 'Mother-In-Law' space. For the owners of the house In-Laws to live with them (Multi-generation Living).
Give or take 1.5 M USD - Really poor value for money - why would you want live in a grandiose up pimped estate style housing for that kind of money. I.5 M could get you and excellent house in the west or Dubai - maybe a little bit smaller but much nicer sorroundings. Plus with the GDP of Kenya who’s buying these houses
This house is highly overpraised. It can't be the same price as the townhouses in Lavington 😅. At the same price, the Livington townhouses make this sound like a joke. For those saying this is a masterpiece, go watch the other house then come and edit your comment 😅😅
When you are done building yours, kindly invite us we would like to show case it, especially because our audience would learn a thing or two on the actual costs of these houses.
