Love when y’all do these luxury homes! It’s motivating for me! This is the side of Africa they NEVER show us in America! Bad propaganda is all they want us to see! Channels like this is needed! 💯
You better get on that plane and come experience it all for yourself Roderick. It’s a beautiful place to be with great weather all year round. Glad you have enjoyed the tour.
I’ve never been speechless when watching a Kenyan home tour. There’s always something that I feel could have been better. But my God did this developer DELIVER!! Everything is on point. Nothing ever felt grandeur. The wooden walls is something we didn’t even know we needed. The water feature extending into the landing. For once we have a well done garage. This is truly is a masterpiece, and rightfully priced too
If I wake up rich tomorrow, the first think I shall do is to make a phone call about this house. There is nothing I don't like about it! Exquisite, fantastically great. I admire the Manship with the wood! Good luck through success!
I have been a student of South Africa architectural designs which I consider them among the world best especially those of Cape town. This property is close to such. I hope one day you get to experience one. Mansa this is nice presentation, well appreciated.
We look forward to touring cape town soon. We have already had a feeling of it because we toured the $12M house in Zanzibar last year which was done by South Africans and is by far one of the most luxurious property on the continent. You can check that tour if you haven’t, you will love it.
wow this house is simply beautiful how the wood marries with the gret and white in the house is so beautiful.. simple but very classy.....i have watched this house so many times its so beautiful...❤❤ eih eih mai lawd give me 375 mic 😅😅
I knew this house would be nice! All that wood makes it have a cozy feel to it! It is luxurious with all the nice detail! Especially that pool! I just love big houses that you can walk through and it’s quite a few steps 😂 awesome content y’all, Mansa plus style! Top notch
As far as modern houses go, this one is not cold and soulless. Really warm and cozy. My only issue is the compound. That missed the mark, but the house, I concur, was well thought out and designed.
Congrats Mans team this feature was awesome. The property has set the standard hands down. There's one thing you dnt notice there were fire sensors and sprinklers on the ceiling.Attention to detail it justifies the price.👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
This house is simply mind blowing. I love it. Extreme luxury at its best. No joke with this developer. However Willis on this one you denied us upclose views of textures and details. I would have loved to see the wood, stones, glasses, tiles, pebbles, lights features, bathroom touches and so forth from very close going out.
Developers of this kind and the interior are the ones you should start listing their contact information down in the intro to the property and also later on at the description... What a masterpiece 🔥🔥🔥
I strongly agree that the architecture is amazing. However, the land size is wanting. For that kind of money, I'd expect a mini forest, a real driveway, other amenities like a tennis or basketball court, a larger lawn... that just me
Bigger land space would be ideal, but it would push the cost up. A half acre is around 60M at this location, then add costs such as the concrete piles I talked about at minute 29:00 Remember the 3 years almost of construction period. It requires a lot of resources to keep a project going for such a long time. Many people normally decry the price, try replicating such by themselves only to end up with very poor results. It takes doing these projects to understand just what goes into them. And having toured dozens of homes, I can tell you for a fact that this one stands tall amongst many!
@@MansaPlus I hear you, and I understand, but for me, this is not real value for money. Spending almost half a billion and I still have to see my neighbor's house... mmm not exactly what I'd want.
@@susangichuhiyou can build the house anywhere you want to, that’s okay… but let’s debunk the cost issue, it won’t be cheaper as you might be assuming. To achieve a similar level of detailing will still be pricey even if you are building it let’s say in Nanyuki. In fact, the cost of transporting materials and professionals further might drive the total costs higher. The only thing that will be cheaper is the land, and for someone building or buying this kind of house anywhere, they definitely have other houses elsewhere.
The wood on the interior walls, the yellow stone on the exterior walls, the roofing, the lighting, the ample supply of sockets & the massive doors - excellent & elegant. I'd do away with the water way and the pool however, Fatasteak and rire good stuff here.
This is for sure an Executive Luxury master piece. Speak of value for money n vice versa. Beautiful architecture. For ones Mansa and your Partner were short of comparison and suggestions🤣 This house worth the amount and beyond. Kudos
Finally our Kenyan developers have come of age . This house is not too big,has warmth, beauty, character, elegance ,style ,flow and 10/10 finishes what a house and what a presentation!! Good job guys.
Down to detail very beautiful and well presented. I need to be a Kenyan politician to own this. The only thing I'd change in this house for me would be the air-conditioning. I would conceal it by a ducted system or use 'picture' frame designs. Good work guys show casing another gem from Kenya
Now, this is what I call magnificent! Loved every bit of it. Kudos to the developers, and thumbs up to the gentlemen showing us through the "Structure". Actually, I lack the right words to use for the house.
Absolutely magnificent. Hint of Japanese features. Triple Hats off to the builder. What is the lot size? Who was the builder and architect? Great work on the video presentation.
It really is. Stands on 1/2acre. Those details fall under our consultancy services for which we charge. You can reach out to Ray on +254719186889 he will advice accordingly.
This house looks super good. You can tell the prowess and attention to detail the developer had. At around 5:19 we get a glimpse of the neighbors garden and its really beautiful and neat👌🤌. I hope the house gets something similar in the end. You guys filmed the whole thing just right👌.
The neighbors gardens are fantastic for sure. This one will be no exemption to that. They had already done it but some repairs interfered with the gardens. They will be looking good in a week or 2
There is a way you do these house tours in a very unique way compared to other RU-vidrs with the same content I find myself Struggling watching house tours from other RU-vidrs especially from Kenya for reasons I do not understand But when I watch your content I find it to be very entertaining and motivational in a way. You always bring the best especially the one who edit he does a great job
Thank you Kariuki. We appreciate it a lot and are glad to have you here journeying with us. Willys is gifted when it comes to shooting and editing. One of the very best out here.
The numerous concrete piles might be necessitated by the house sitting on some form of wetland, perhaps a vernal pool, fen, bog, or swamp. Otherwise, the house has a magnificent design and finish.
Loved this video! It really got me thinking about HTR’s bold move to invest £500 million in London land before the market crashes. If you’re intrigued by this topic, I found another video that dives deeper into it [HTR to drop £500,000,000 in Valuable London Land Pre-Housing Market Crash]. Would love to hear your thoughts on it!
Wow. Thank you for showcasing the best that we have in Africa. Please try and show case more from the entire East Africa. I have to say this is one of the best architectural designs I've seen. Can you please credit the architects, designers and contractors by names and contacts. There are probably many people wondering where to find the contacts of the architects, interior designers, contractors, the fine materials suppliers and you can also reach out to them to sponsor your content since you are advertising for them too. But would love to get those contacts. Thank you.
Thank you Mugume. We have show cases a few properties from Zanzibar as well, you can check it out. About the architects and contractors, since we are operating in a different kind of market, those are details that fall under our consultancy services for which we charge. You can always reach out to us and we will advise accordingly. Our contact person is Ray 0719186889
This is a perfect place to call home. @mansa plus watching your house tours makes me work extra smart and extra harder coz one day i will give Ray a call. I really like your chemistry how willys give his opinion makes the show interesting, great work you doing👏
@@vincentomusungu5498 thank you. Those details fall under our consultancy services for which we charge. (The math must math for us to afford doing this). You can always reach out to Ray via +254719186889 he will advise.
Listen boyz. If you dont bring this exquisite videography and commentary to my house tour, we gonna have a problem 😅. I love your chemistry on set, and the research you put in your craft. Ray is getting that call before Dec. Mark better Mark my word 🤘
This is a timeless house will be uptodate even in 50 years time very beautiful, however there is something that bothers me about this magnificent houses its ridiculous at that price point the developer didn't allocate a whole room for laundry. NO offense but Mansa kindly make it upon yourself to remind the developers its good to put a dedicated laundry room with storage not in the kitchen. Assuming theres is a function and the chef is busy in the kitchen does it mean the staff wont do laundry?
I think it’s a matter of which is which! You can sacrifice one for the other, or decide to have a win win situation that is actually well thought out in reference to a home’s needs.
Wah..the primary bedroom itself is bigger than most apartments 😅. I wonder how much it would cost to maintain this house and all the staff it requires monthly?
