Eventually, she made the decision to part ways with the property, selling it to actress Julie Bowen for $6 million. Following this, Trainor made a move to a glamorous and exceptionally private home in Encino, California.
In 2020, Meghan purchased her sprawling $6.6 million mansion nestled in the heart of Encino, just before the arrival of her first child. As anticipation grew for the birth of her and husband Daryl Sabara's baby boy, Meghan transitioned to the new mansion, nestled securely behind ten-foot gates and towering hedges.
