New York's new Legoland amusement park is 500 acres and cost $500 million to build. Jamie Wax takes a look at the country's newest amusement park and sees how they managed to keep on building even during a pandemic.

Now that am 34 years old I started re collecting legos. For those in my ballpark and couldn’t afford but one set a year as a kid I encourage to buy some you are never to old to have fun.

This Lego land is built on the former house and Burial grounds of the Serial Killer Nathaniel White. White usedto meet women at bars in NY to kidnap them in his farmhouse which is now Lego land. He buried many of them on the land and dumped some in the lake on the property. Lego Land is built on a mass graveyard of victims.

Legoland costs the same as Disneyland at 100 USD per ticket. It is sooo not worth it. The rides are few and the quality and imagination in them are very low. For what it is it should be 30 to 40 dollars. Unless you're a lego fan, it is not worth the price. Seeing legos in buildings was the only cool thing adults would enjoy. And why NY state? It's cold there for many months of the year. I guess it's fun for tiny kids...

@@timothyyhtomit There is a Legoland in Florida already so it wouldn't make sense to have two there. I guess they could have one in Texas. Having one in New York is good though because it gives the North East coast one to go too. By the way, they have Legoland's in Denmark and Germany and it gets just as cold if not colder there.

So how does this park compare to the one that's near San Diego? I went to the later one over 20 years ago, and while nice, I don't think I'd pay near Disney prices for that experience, I assume they upgraded the park a few times over since then, but some of the rides in the video look fun.

Legoland is for kids. I’ve been to the one in Germany. So unless you are 12 and under or a LEGO fan in general you will probably not enjoy it.

Plus this Goshen Lego land is built on top Serial Killer Nathaniel Whites dumping grounds. Nathanial White is a serial killer who tortured and killed dozens of women in an abandoned farmhouse that was on the property and he buried them all over the lands Legoland is built on now.

The people that run this park are Merlin Entertainment, not the Lego Group. Merlin are crooks who do not care about their patrons or employees. Just check the better business bureau. I've never seen so many claims for a business that just opened.

I don’t know if you know this but legos parent company Blackstone bought Merlin entertainments within the last couple of years I don’t know the exact date.
