I have an interview for this role next week. Is there anything you think would be helpful for me to know before hand? Im also going there on Friday to see the department and some of the senior team members are going to ask some questions. Thank you!
@@ffionleon-portillo4801 Good luck for the interview! 🙂 One thing you need have a good understanding of is how to handle confidential patient information and ensure that any paperwork you no longer need with patient details is placed into a 'blue bin' (or whatever colour) for shreading. Maybe also try and get an idea about any bespoke software packages the use to deal with files.

I have heard many people say there will certainly be a question on confidentiality so I will make sure I have a comprehensive understanding on this topic. I have also familiarised myself with the NHS values incase there's a question regarding them. & Thanks for sending me luck, I feel like I need it ahhhh!
