I think that's Misty springs apartment if I'm not wrong, the same investor is building a bigger and taller apartment called Grosvenor , a 34 floor twin towers with curved windows and you Were actually standing right next to the construction site at 3:24 over that fence is where the magic happens , 1870 west and Emerald springs are Two other mega tall apartments coming up in Westlands, the skyline of Westlands will drastically change after all this projects are done , we're literally witnessing a mini Manhattan in the making.

Wow, your contemporary apartment is spacious, voguish and state-of-the-art! I vividly remember Westlands Shopping Mall, Weslands Market & Black Diamond Night Club if any of those places still exist!? I stayed over in Nairobi , Kenya 🇰🇪 for a couple of days in 2010 during the frenzy era when SA 🇿🇦 hosted World Cup !

Everyone does not necessarily want to be in the heart of the hustle and bustle of city life. It depends on where one is at in their life journey. The apartment is nice. Although I would want a separate dining area and a large open kitchen for entertainment and cooking .
