Company has to build it's dealer and service network all over India like other 2W companies. Otherwise factory only can produce and nobody will purchase with out after sales service. I am also ola user and waiting for service center in my city

Everything is best in Ola Sotter but I am really unhappy with sound which is coming in the front area...some same as my old scooter after 5 years...i not saying it's is cheap...but i think no one take it seriously (the Sound)

In this factory,they don't have a quality check department,once ola sells the scooter, the customer has to check and once they come up with some issues,Ola will act accordingly.About 50% of its products are problematic and without giving any fullproof solution,its moving for the bike segment.

i have paid all money but still not delivered my scooter.. i have a message that yours ola scooter is out for delivery..but still not getting my scoty..try to help.. because ola call centre is busy every time..there is any chance to help.. please help ola group
