Apparently they tracked down the plane he used to go to Nyahururu , what the govt does not realise is that there are very tech proficient millennials and gen z all over the world ( Kenyans or not) that will track Ruto down even in his bathroom . The younger generation are like bees , united under the desire to do right , they will come for you all together at once and you will not even know most of them .
