Sonakshi Sinha’s 4,000-square-foot Mumbai home is an embodiment of understated luxury.
The idea of creating multifunctional spaces tailored to Sinha’s lifestyle was at the heart of reD Architects’ creative process. An airy four-bedroom apartment was duly transformed into a 1.5 bedroom home complete with an art studio, a yoga area, a dedicated dressing room, and a walk-in wardrobe overlooking the sea. Sliding walls, Murphy beds, and automated screens allow the actor to continually adapt her home to fit her every requirement. “Rajiv and Ekta have done a fantastic job of getting my vibe right,” a satisfied Sinha (@aslisona) tells us.

Ok obviously this home is customised to suit her needs and she has a really good eye for colour. Love the effective use of spaces and the furniture selection, at the end of the day it is her taste and it’s really nice. Well done to the team

One of the best usable celebrity homes I have seen so far ❤ most celebrities have just decorative homes but this one there is so much thought put in, in terms of usability. Great work!

What usability? It's very bougie exactly like other celebrity houses because they have money. She's not poor because of which she's making it functional you realised this will be much more costly than other houses. Also, if they have money they'll buy costly stuff not everything is about show off

Very practical home unlike many celebrity homes which only show off their wealth and status. This is something that a single person can maintain without needing household help. So quite sustainable as well. I specially liked her art station

@@PriyaK-cu1fz grow up baby...cleaning up one's messes after oneself is no more considered your so called bhikhari behavior or Indian/western, it's just considered being self-dependent and a smaller home does not necessarily mean being poor but being mindful about your consumption and being sustainable. Just listen to what her designer said about Sonakshi's characteristics, she is probably more in line with westerner's line of thinking than you gave her credit for.
