Why the repetitive STOCK photos? If you can't show a picture of the ACTUAL Home Theater, just mention that is has one and move on. To show the same theater (and tennis courts, etc...) over and over makes one question which photos are from the actual estates and which were just inserted from random properties because they look pretty.

Not sure why you're using the same pictures for the gym, spay and library. If you're going to show individual houses, then show the rooms in those houses.

The one that you show at the French Riviera is the Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild and the Grand Hotel Cap Ferrat. They both are not for sale. One has been a Museum for decades and the other one is one of the best Hotels in the South of France. This is all rubbish what they are telling us in the video. I do not know about the other estates but I guess it's the same nonsense
My question is Why tho? Who needs all that, i mean i get that if You’re Rich that you would want a bit of a luxurious home, but this is unnecessary. Do people just do this to flex? I would at most buy a little villa with like at most two bathrooms and one bedroom for every person in the home so like maybe three bedrooms? 😂 And then donate most of the money Or at least create something with that is good for others. Imagine all the cleaning you would have to do in huge homes like that and I would not like to hire a bunch of strangers walking around in the home to clean

I saw the same wine cellar in two properties; does this guy just grab exotic pictures and stick them in hoping no one would actually know (see 0:59 and 6:28).
He has the exteriors of the houses, but not a lot of the interiors. Sometimes the style of the house on the outside completely contradicts his pictures of the inside. Still, I'm glad to see what little he has.
