I live 2 mins away from it and watched it being built. The price is still reasonable in our area with amazing views comparable to the hills of LA. This is an easily 7-8 million+ house in Bel air.
3.6 million with that massive footprints 3 storey mansion, in Los Angeles, long large Balcony Hillviews, pools and large garage. Absolutely very worth it those for mid-high class even than what i compared it somewhere in Miami mansion, some old mansions in Long Island beach would left far behind in miles by this price range of mansion.
I don't think you understand what the word custom means. Those tiles, that vanity, etc aren't 'custom'. Also, this house looks like it was built to a price point, so many things aren't finished to a high level.
Hey Jp. I’m late but I’m here. 😅. Don’t recall ever seeing you without a jacket. The elevator is accessible from the garage ? Nice. The guest property with balcony is quite lovely. Nice private space. Don’t care for the elevation and the outside stairs are a no but inside looks amazing. Great powder room. The staging is amazing and it’s included? Nice!!!! Stairs stairs. Thank goodness there’s an elevator. Don’t care for dark kitchen cabinets but must admit it works. This kitchen is lovely. Unique silverware drawer. Great fridge. Pot filler. Backsplash. Amazing stove and ovens. Big pantry. Dining. The bedroom/office with access to the pool. Great balcony off the dining. The pool is nice but a little small. Pool bathroom 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼. No one has to enter the house wet. Nice outdoor kitchen. 2000 sq ft storage? Yes. Movie theater and a gaming room sounds great. The lower lovely as well. Again great staging included. The light fixtures throughout are nice. Lovely laundry room. Another balcony. Massive 1st guest bedroom. 2nd bedroom. Amazing primary, closet and en-suite. Lovely home. Hey JP, awesome house! I would feel totally comfortable living there having a game room next to the laundry room, having the sitting area in the primary bedroom changed into a gym, having the area next to the outdoor kitchen be a home theater room, and I would throw awesome parties there often. Love the JP tours, but c'mon, this screams white elephant. scary big spaces and balconies with no character. such a tiny pool for all that outdoor/balcony space. that drive way is cold cold cold. and, seriously, 2000 square feet of unfinished house? someone is skedaddling.
I have been at the location. Sadly, the "nearly three acres of land," that you had mentioned, is useless and subject to LA County Bruch Clearance rules and regulations, a COSTLY expense for useless acreage, in my opinion. Sorry, I'll PASS on this, unless you have money to BURN. Additionally, there was mention of views of Los Angeles; sorry, no views of Los Angeles City. PS, if you enjoy UGLY power lines obstructing your view, this is the place for you. Especially with the increase in the Prime lending Rate, I'll pass... Thanks, anyway. flipping this, previously vacant Hillside_slope property, with useless acreage, is NOT for me, but someone , may enjoy it.
