Homes do not hold value. Only land holds value. The home itself is a depreciating asset. An amazing megamansion on worthless land will NEVER resell for profit. Homes in LA are so expensive because their land has value and it's a market that has consistently grown. Therefore it's a good investment and increases demand and price. The first home in this video is still on the market and asking price has already dropped nearly $2 mil (now at $21.9 mil). Rich people stay rich by investing wisely. You don't want to buy a $25 million house you can't resell for a profit. It'd be better to buy a less-impressive home for the same price which will gain value over time.

People like that own their houses through thier companies that they founded or LLC's skipping many taxes and they are also great investment pieces cuz they are in safe gated communities , location on point and have every luxury necessary for themselves. I have been in 10 bedroom houses with the families in those houses using every room. Obviously you sound like you have never been in a big house or else you would have a different perspective. I've been in a house with 12 bedrooms with only 5 people in the house using every room in their house. Just because you see something in a particular way doesn't mean everybody has to follow that same world view. Maybe that's why you make only 2000$ a month cuz you can't adapt, your entitled, obviously not smart , obviously not driven to achive something or to have something. I have met plenty of rich guys with supercars who don't show it off at all and only take them out on track days.
