On Sora turning into Crystal/entering Crystal Stasis, Fang and Vanille's post-ragnarok slumber holds a clue: Crystal Stasis has to do with preserving the Heart in Slumber without regard to the condition of the "vessel" (the body and soul). So long as even a magicite shard of the Crystal remains, someone with the appropriate summoning abilities can Awaken the heart and give it new form, just like Sora did with Bambi and the other KH1 summon gems, or Serah does with monsters she turns into Crystal upon their death
@flagfighter
@flagfighter 9 месяцев назад
This is true! A very good addition. Sora turning to crystal so that his heart will be preserved makes a lot of sense. However, I'm still not sure what exactly *caused* Sora to crystallize. Someone else suggested that Sora may have come in contact with something like a l'Cie or fal'Cie without us realizing. The fact that Xion and Kairi also turned to something resembling crystal seems like it's probably related to all of this somehow. So I wouldn't be surprised if Kairi has something to do with the cause. Just throwing that out there.

@@flagfighter well... in FF ceith-like transformations occur due to being overwhelmed by aether, look at most trippy final boss transformations, or bosses that attempted to steal the power of the crystals(fal'cei are crystals) in early FF games only to be rejected. Marluxia and Xion both had ceith-like transformations when their souls cracked and their bodies were overwhelmed by the amount of magic they were channeling. If we look at FF16's akashic and crystal's curse, people with "vessels" (body+soul) that can't handle the amount of aether in their surroundings could crystalize or lose their identity (hearts and memory?) with a strong willed dominant like Odin maintaining their identity even when Akashic(similar to heartless Sora and Ansem maintaining their CoM). Powerful entities like Bhunivelze leave behind a crystal (either fal'cei or magicite) upon death, while less powerful entities leave behind memories and soul fragments that can later condense into a sphere/materia form. With these similarities in mind, Sora died in KH3. His Soul was nearly extinguished, his body had faded and vanished, his heart was lost in the border between Sleep and Death, crystalization would be life support for someone on that brink. Providing Yozora had sufficient control over the Power of Waking(as evidenced by his using Sora's Station of Awakening to drag Sora into Dream-Quadratum), he probably held the means to channel large amounts of aether (like Sora normally does), so all that Yozora would need is the technique to not only put a heart and soul to sleep... but also to condense the dream and body into crystal. This is a technique Master Xehanort had, and one the Crystals used upon themselves and their servants

Regarding Yozora as a l'Cie. Noctis from Versus 13 seems to serve the role of a l'Cie. He was supposed to be the protector of Lucis's crystal. So if Yozora is Noctis's equivalent, then it's likely he will serve a similar role, but I think there is an important difference between the two. Noctis derives his powers from the crystal and therefore obligated to act by its will (although I have some alternate thoughts about his obligation), while Yozora's powers are his own and therefore not beholden to anyone's will (at least that's my theory). This means that if Yozora was guided by a crystal, it would have to be indirectly. Someone guided by a crystal (or some fal'Cie equivalent) convinces Yozora to perform a task because he is led to believe it accomplishes whatever Yozora's actual goal is, but it doesn't actually accomplish what Yozora wants and instead accomplishes whatever the crystal wants. As for Yozora's goal, I don't think it's "save Sora", but something else. About Sora's crystalization. As much as it seems like a Final Fantasy thing, it's more likely a Kingdom Hearts thing. After Roxas kills Xion, Xion crystalizes, in an almost identical way. In Xion's crystalization, she is sort of assimilated in Sora, and I think that's what's happening to Sora- he's being assimilated in Yozora. But that's not the canon ending meaning that's not what canonically happens to Sora. Sora winning is the canon ending, but the interesting difference is that Yozora doesn't get crystalized and therefore not assimilated. I think both endings are important because it gives information that informs us about how the people from Reality exist in Unreality (a long theory of mine).

I like this idea even if it’s only the part about Demyx knowing whats in it but not what the box looks like. Though I will say I did get major 13 l’cie vibes from Yozora and the crew in the Verum Rex trailer, so it’d be really neat to bring in the L’cie or something adjacent to the concept for MoM + Foretellers! This is a really good candidate for whatever’s in the box.

The endings are so tragic for this game, man... There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so... So fascinating. It does sound like something MoM would say, too. Like his "The truth is what you see with your own eyes" Makes me think about hero/villain battles where .. well, not everyone is gonna be happy with you being a hero. Some people may even think you're bad for what you do, even if they do their best. Spiderman, Kiana form Honkai Impact.. etc. "Villains" are mostly misunderstood, but they all have reasons for what they do(unless they genuinely just are crazy, but like Xehanort and all say, who are we to determine what is good and bad? --or light or dark? Or something like that. My thoughts are scrambled ATM, but I swear I was going somewhere with this. I forgot. Lmao. But anyways it really gets you thinking. I love the connections with the crystals and all. I really pray Nomura can tell his story, because I would go nuts if I had an enormous story, details carefully thought out, and nowhere to put it. I need those deets. I need this story to be told!

As with before, you're 100% cooking something here, so I'll share my crack theory. I think that the two most suspect characters in KH right now are Riku and Ventus. I personally believe that neither are human. Ventus strikes me as synthetic, someone with an artificial heart. For some reason he was able to host one of the primordial Darknesses and when he's split in half, the clash between him and his dark half is somehow able to replicate the x-blade where it would normally require the 7 and 13 pieces. Riku's always been... weird. We've just mostly given him a pass because he's been with us since the start. He's a boy from the islands, yet the only one who's parents, relatives, relationships outside of the Destiny Islands themselves are conspicuously absent. Whenever anyone encounters Riku, they're immediately like, "jeez, this kid is exceptional." Riku seemed to flicker into Young Xehanort when he met Terra, a form which neither of them should be familiar with. It'd be different if Riku reminded Terra of Master Xehanort so he saw him for a moment in the boy, but because that's not the case the interaction becomes more mysterious. For some reason when possessed by Ansem SoD, Riku physically transforms into him. This has never been the case with heart possession elsewhere in the series. D-Mode is weird. It's probably the least suspect bulletpoint here, but it's still kinda a strange power that no one else seems to have. Terra's Dark Impulse doesn't ever physically transform him. D-mode is also suspiciously reminiscent of Vanitas... and who's Vanitas the other half of...? Riku in Days and KH2 with his blind-fighting and darkness olfactory sense. Riku in DDD literally becoming a Dream Eater and some of his command styles literally transforming his body to give him claws and wings. Riku's eye color changing from blue to teal. His eye color has gotten significantly greener over time inexplicitly. Riku's inexplicable demon tower haircut. Riku's keyblade getting broken in the realm of darkness so he just leaves it there for someone else? And gets a new one? I understand that the realm of darkness is dangerous and that Mickey needed a new keyblade after the fight as well, but it's a part of your heart, how does it just break (Cite Maleficent only being able to break the fake keyblade in coded, not the real one) and how do you just leave it there without consequence then forge a new keyblade. That whole demon tower in the realm of darkness scene is still extremely suspect. Ansem SoD saying that Riku's strength was always greater than his when you defeat him in KH3. Basically I think the Destiny Islands is hiding something that we're not currently privy to (heck we know it has some weird connection with the realm of darkness with the door from the dark margin leading there and it being the deepest point in the End of the World) and that it's Fabula Nova Crystalis-related. I think Riku's something Fal'cie-adjacent with a crystal heart tasked with guarding it and that's he's basically always been there just posing as a local. It's his task to be there and eventually he grew a desire to leave. Ergo with Riku in some form always being there and the weird shapechanging powers he seems to have, I think he was there while Young Xehanort was a child on the islands, so him seeing a keyblade-wielder from elsewhere with an affinity for darkness in Terra reminded him of Young Xehanort. I think Riku's connection to Sora is what made him a l'Cie by the time of Re:mind and I think Ven is the same type of being as Riku, however unlike Riku I'm not sure why exactly.
@flagfighter
@flagfighter 9 месяцев назад
Hm, hmm... Much to think about. I'm willing to believe that Ventus just has an exceptionally pure heart, like the male version of a Princess of Heart. He feels kinda sussy, but I can't tell if I should be reading into it. lol I think that Riku's demon tower haircut and him leaving his broken keyblade in the realm of darkness were both just convenient plot contrivances. imo, it's no different from how they explained Mickey losing his shirt. They wanted Riku's hair to look more similar to Yozora's, so they had to find an excuse to give him a haircut. I think they also had to come up with a reason to give Riku a new keyblade because they didn't want to explain why Way to the Dawn had a gazing eye in it. OR, maybe they will explain it, but they had to leave it behind for some other reason, like so that the MoM can't keep an eye on him or something. YMX said that the Kingdom Key was originally meant for Riku. For me, that's the most eyebrow-raising thing about Riku. I keep trying to explain a theoretical timeline where Riku was like the "main character" instead of Sora, but it's so hard. lol All I know is that it feels like a lot changed because of Xehanort, including who obtained the Kingdom Key. The reason Riku seems so exceptional might be because he was originally destined to be the one in Sora's position. I had wondered if Sora may have unknowingly come in contact with a Crystal at some point. Your thought about Riku being fal'Cie-like is certainly an idea. If not him, then maybe Kairi? She does, uh, shatter like a crystal. lol So... Maybe! Needs more evidence either way, but I am intrigued by the possibility.
@AlexKlindt
@AlexKlindt 9 месяцев назад
@flagfighter well, I actually think Yozora has absorbed that fragment of Riku's heart left behind, hence why he looks like Riku and why "his heart has been replaced with that of another's" also why he doesn't look like himself due to Riku's weird shapeshifting habit. I think the whole [broken keyblade] being left for Repliku assumption is a byproduct of misdirection due to him presumably being in Riku's heart since CoM. Either way, I think Ven and Riku are the same type of phenomenon related to the upcoming arc as they're both able to weild powerful light and darkness and Ven's whole everything in Union X is very suspect and his arc in BBS isn't much better. (Also if they're fundamentally different and unrelated, I think it could muddy the upcoming motifs explored, but admittedly, my evidence for Ven is a lot less concrete.) A lot of this is "why does Riku have inexplicable shape-shifting repeatedly that's just not addressed" and "why does he seem like Sora levels of strong beyond that of even more experienced keyblade weilders, especially when he deliberately lacks a lot of Sora's plot powers (power of waking, friendship, half the cast being literally part of Sora, etc)?"
@fanaticalwhimsy
@fanaticalwhimsy 9 месяцев назад
@@flagfighter I think Riku's Keyblade breaking can possibly be explained by Sora going to the Final World/dying after Riku defended him. Throughout KH3 we have many scenes of Sora zoning out, suddenly waking up, (all with like a deep woosh noise) and surprised/confused when brought back to the moment. "oh you just said that". we know he def time traveled but we dont know for sure how far back he went. but he has a vague feeling of familiarity because the heart remembers. I mention that because perhaps that also applies to the rest of the cast. Riku specifically would probably have broken his keyblade since he was taken over by the powerful darkness tower at the keyblade graveyard. and maybe being taken over by that first Shadow Tower in RoD is where he was restarted. The keyblade is powered by the heart and in that future moment, it wasnt quite enough and broke therefore needing a new one. I think I have seen someone stating that he made an oath and his keyblade is "Way to Dawn" and he has proven that he has reached "Dawn" solidified with that Attack. so he has Braveheart that better represents himself now. As for the haircut, Nomura joked how each game after 2 will give Riku shorter hair. It could just be a styling decision (In the novels, Aqua gets burned by darkness), could be tied with time travel stuff. but we know for sure its not a bug since theyve been patching various cutscenes (like increasing smiles of twilight town crew, toning down Riku's smile at Namine, and the framing of the whole latter half of the ending scene). Nomura is very meticulous about explaining things after all. Also to explain YMX and Riku connection, I believe Nomura or another staff was saying how they wanted to show their similarities but not that it was a transformation. like history repeats itself kinda thing i think. Thanks for the vid! It all sounds very plausible! Im excited for the next one!

when it comes to Ven, the primordial darkness used him to kill Stralizia and I remember there being something about him "being easy to manipulate because of the loneliness he harbors in his heart" or something like that. So I always assumed that he had darkness but it merged with the primordial darkness so when it left Ven's heart he became a sort of artificial pure light and that it wasn't that unbelievable that he could contain the primordial darkness in his heart because the foretellers were doing the same even if they themselves didn't know that. (side note: i think the primordial darknesses in the foretellers' hearts died when they died in the keyblade war) I think Vanitas is a combination of Ven's darkness and the primordial darkness, but outside of that Ven and Vanitas fighting forging the X-blade is weird to me too. Xehanorth does say that that forging didn't work right so it's like when you are really close to completing some kinda task with a curtain method but it's not enough so you end up doing everything from scratch in a completely different way for it to work maybe???

I'm curious as to what you think about sora being turned into crystal means and what the significance of who turned him into crystal is. I always found ff vs 13 to be an interesting ff game because of the way the crystals are used plot wise and the characters connection with it. In ffvs13, all the crystals have been "used up" except for the crystal of the kingdom of lucis. This crystal seems to be able to grant former kings of lucis the role of falcie with noctis becoming the true king or Verum Rex chosen by the crystal. As verum rex, his role may have been to enact the will of the crystal and that may have given him the power to place people into crystal stasis. FFvs13 probably would have been one of the best games of all time but we do see hints of it in yozoras story. I often wonder about certain ff stories being of the same world just in different points in time and I wonder if versus 13 was supposed to serve as some type of nexus to connect the plots and themes of at least the fabula nova crystallis series in the same way that you can clearly see nomura connecting ffversus13 to kingdom hearts via verum rex. Also, Young xehanort is my favorite character from the kingdom hearts series and i wonder what it means for him to be able to evade the view of the gazing eye and his apparent immunity to darkness. The themes of the "king/kingdom of light", "sleeping worlds", "the capitol of insomnia", "dreams" and the connection of worlds are all very prevalent in his games, I'm just curious as to what all the connections between them are.
@flagfighter
@flagfighter 7 месяцев назад
"As verum rex, his role may have been to enact the will of the crystal and that may have given him the power to place people into crystal stasis" Yeah, that's what I think, too, especially if a Crystal is where he got his instruction to save Sora. Apparently that ending isn't considered the canon one, but I don't think that means that crystal stasis isn't canon. I still suspect that Ava might have entered crystal stasis for fulfilling her role. But who knows... I'm not exactly sure what Yozora is saving Sora from, tbh. We already know that Sora could have a hard time returning to the real world, so I think it's probably related to that. Perhaps making him enter crystal stasis would temporarily stop his soul from passing on or something. In the ending where he defeats Yozora, perhaps Yozora leaves and says that his powers aren't needed because he sees that Sora still has the will to keep living.

@@flagfighter My current theory is that young xehanort and MoM have teamed up in quadratum where they teamed up with yozora and instructed him to save sora as he now is the owner of the x-blade, bequeathed to him by master xehanort, so that they can summon kingdom hearts into quadratum and rewrite that world how they will, using sora. This young xehanort is the 14th vessel that he spoke with eraqus about.
@flagfighter
@flagfighter 7 месяцев назад
@@fieldsofgold2760 That's an interesting idea. I figured that Xehanort would be there, but I hadn't considered what he might be up to. The thing is, Xehanort had conceded to Sora at the end of KH3. It would feel like backwards character growth for him to resume his ambitions to summon Kingdom Hearts. You might not be wrong, though. MoM had convinced him to do what he wanted before, maybe he could have done it again.
@fieldsofgold2760
@fieldsofgold2760 7 месяцев назад
@@flagfighter I think MoM and YX share similar ambitions and conceding would just be a 5d chess move to use sora as a delivery boy for the x-blade to quadratum. Master xehanort saw sora in scala ad caelum and knew he was time traveling but chose not to stop himself from losing because it was all part of his plan to get sora to abuse the power of waking, obtain the x-blade and bring it to quadratum. It was probably a plan developed by MoM and a time looping/warping young YX. It would be a simple plan if you have an Eye that can see across worldlines, timelines and the other side of reality.

I have always had the theory the Master of Masters is a One Heart of Sora and Riku who went back in his Own Worldline paradoxically to themselves to exist as they do. Thus, Sora and Riku are the Main characters of the World created by "the Author of the World", Themselves. That is why Yozora is designed as Sora and Riku mixed together. The Box is a device to Seal Kingdom Hearts in the form that existed after Sora and Riku exists in the Win Form of themselves, instead of the fail form of themselves. The "Hope". All for One. One for All. Master of Master for Sora and Riku, Sora and Riku for the Masters of Masters. And the Player is involved to get him what he wants. Basically, the Master is aware We are there, and intentionally leaves Mysteries so We will pay intention and keep playing. He is like Providence in Bravely Default. If you don't have the closure yet, you will want it and keep watching.

You say you feel like you are going insane, but you are practicing a form of modern day alchemy by working dilligently to try and interpret a more experienced master's work. Remember there is a difference between "understanding" and "Knowing". In this case you don't need to know what is in the the box, but you have a fairly good grasp on what you need to understand about what is in the box. There is a Greek story about how Hope was hidden from us at the bottom of Pandora's Box. Partially to hinder our progress while we try to figure out exactly what we are missing and partially to protect ourselves from squandering and forsaking it before we can come to understand just how important it is to our ultimate survival. That's not what this story says exactly, but it's what I've come to understand about it. That's what's in the box. And as long as others have Faith that Hope is tucked away safely in there awaiting our call to it then we'll be okay.

My personal theory is that the box just has Sora’s cold dead ass in it. 1. First person he talks to is someone else who is also dead probably 2. In the trailer, she tells him that if he leaves this world, he might not return to the world he’s expecting to 3. Luxu has been dragging the box around from world to world for basically forever 4. we know time travel exists, so the master of masters could have traveled forward in time stuffed Sora into a box, then traveled back in time to tell Luxu to guard the box.
@TronSAHeroXYZ

The Box the Book of prophecies is hidden inside is INVISIBLE to everyone but Luxu. Because the box is casting projections from a hidden reality outside of our own. 1:10 I agree, if the box gets opened, the story will become an infinite paradox. Because it contains THE REAL COPY of the BOP. The concept of the Master of Masters is in itself impossible to believe. "Master of Masters" wrote the BOP, then locked it inside the superbia chest to PREVENT TEMPORAL PARADOXES. However the BOP can still project a reality onto intended targets, regardless of it being inside the superbia chest. I like the idea that inside the box is something that is guiding MoM and it's something he's trying to protect. I'm not sure if it would exactly be a crystal, though I do like the callback to Fabula Nova. I think a crystal would be a little too distinctly Final Fantasy in a way that I think the series usually isn't, though Sora turning into a crystalized state may be enough to justify that (check EDIT below). Another option could be the MoM's "heart". It would make "may your heart be your guiding key" fit with the thing being in the box is what is guiding MoM's actions. It would also be a good parallel to Davy Jones which is pretty much the only Disney world where the box has been mentioned at this point. Either way, I really like the function of the contents of the box that you present. After the lose-ending from the Yozora fight, I was always hoping that Focuses would make their way into the series. I never thought that MoM would be guided by a Focus, but I really like that idea. As for Yozora, I always assumed that he was told to "save Sora" from the MoM or Xehanort (14th vessel?) somehow, but it being due to a Focus would make a lot of sense and I'm really exited for that. Also nice inclusion of Umineko. EDIT: After just reading a few comments, there are a lot more usages of crystals in the series than I thought.

Interesting theory. It seems like, at this point, the black box could be anything they want.

The black box is like the black box on a plane. It is made to survive anything and made to serve as a jail for those who break the laws of time. But it also serves another purpose. The box was open once and once again it will be open. This will connect two places in time. Have you asked when the master wrote the book, because it wasn't during the age of fairy tale.

I really like this theory! Definitely makes sense with how Nomura is also introducing altered versions of characters from versus XIII. I have my own theory on what could be in the box, though I can’t remember if it’s truly my own theory or if I heard it from someone else. In KH III, after failing to find the box, Maleficent suggests it might not exist until after the keyblade war. It is possible that whatever is in the box, and by extension the box itself, can only exist in the timeline after sora visits the final world and turns back time, a timeline where light prevails over darkness and all the pieces for MoM’s final plan are on the board. This leads me to believe that inside the box is the true book of prophecies, a paradoxical existence which can only exist once the events in it have come to pass since otherwise the master could never have written about those events in the first place.
@flagfighter
@flagfighter 9 месяцев назад
I've wondered if it could be the Book of Prophecies, but the thing that prevents me from believing that it could be the book is the fact that Maleficent said that she was looking for the book. I don't think there would be a point in keeping the box's contents a secret at this point if it actually contained what we know she was looking for. In any case, I've wondered if it could have been related to Sora altering time. But... I kinda draw a blank every time, tbh. It might have something to do with the "two different Scala ad Caelums" and where the box was hidden. (In other words... The explanation might be in Missing Link.) Altering time may have also altered where they physically are and merged the world lines together. Maybe. Who knows. lmao

@@flagfighteranother thing we could look into is the potential danger or importance of what’s in the box. The box has a total of 13 keyholes on it, equal to the number of true darknesses. Assuming all those keyholes work it might be something MoM doesn’t want the darkness to have or something he doesn’t want to escape. One idea I just thought of is what if the box is sealing away an even more powerful darkness, something he doesn’t want released until the other 13 darknesses are permanently dealt with. It’s also possible the master doesn’t even know what’s in the box. It’s possible he told Luxu he had no idea and the reason he told Luxu “you’ll see” is because the 13 darknesses will act as keys of a sort to unlock the box. Now that I think about it, the things that Luxu could say “what? Why?” to could honestly range from the seemingly insignificant to the world destroyingly significant
@flagfighter

@@pikadragon6826 Until they open the box, I don't think that anything could unconvince me that it's a Crystal. Considering how much KHUX borrowed from Type-0 and Agito, it's the only thing from that series that requires that much protection. That said, the MoM could have told Luxu that the box contained "light" and he wouldn't have been lying. Luxu may have thought "Well, as long as the box is safe, there will always be *hope* for the world." The fact that Luxord implies that the box contains hope is what steers me away from thinking that it contains anything darkness-related. That said, the Crystals don't have a sense of righteousness and their influence can be calamitous, which would explain why its container, a black box with thirteen locks, implies that it's something not good. Basically, even if it's not a Crystal, I think it has to be something that one would interpret as good/light/hope AND as evil/darkness/dangerous at the same time. In the Fabula Nova Crystallis, that would be the Crystals and the fal'Cie. I don't think that we've seen anything comparable in KH so far apart from perhaps Kingdom Hearts itself, which, honestly, is also probably related to the Crystal or whatever's inside the box. lol

A chirithy is the only plausible thing in the box. As the mom and luxu are so obviously the same person. He didn't give him a book told him a chirithy was in it. Why? So a certain someone doesn't awaken to their real memories of whom they were before reincarnation. Who's chirithy? Obviously soras. Why go through the idea of separating sora and the box?. Yes i said that right why separate it from sora?

@nathanjohnson8372
@nathanjohnson8372 9 месяцев назад
What if Luxu’s role was to wait for the child of destiny to show up in Quadratum, and use the gateway to send the fortellers there. If the fortellers are the vessels of the true darkness, that is. Maybe Quadratum is used as a cage for the true darkness and sora is the exterminator.
@flagfighter
@flagfighter 9 месяцев назад
@@nathanjohnson8372Personally, I think that the Heartless got into Quadratum thanks to the Darkness escaping from the data world. Don't ask me how it works. I just feel like we haven't seen the end of those ones. The Lost Masters were already on the other side of reality by the time that Luxu summoned them. That was seemingly confirmed by Yen Sid near the end of Melody of Memory. The most logical explanation for how they got there is that the MoM's imperfect lifeboat machine sent them out of reality. Apprentice Xehanort explained that that could happen when he put young Kairi into the one in Radiant Garden. I think you're totally right about the other stuff, though. I think that the MoM's ulterior motive was to find Sora, the one who could change destiny, by using Luxu. Beyond that, I agree that he wants Sora to exterminate the Darkness -- which Sora probably won't. lol KH3 showed us how much Sora wants to save Vanitas. I really think the ultimate irony is going to be the reveal that the Darkness were once the MoM's friends, but he just accepted that he needed to destroy them when he wasn't able to save/redeem them. Now, Sora will do what the MoM couldn't. And it's going to make the MoM absolutely furious. Vanitas as our ally against the MoM has so much comedic potential. I can't wait.
@nathanjohnson8372
@nathanjohnson8372 9 месяцев назад
@@flagfighter Sheesh, I forgot all about that scene in Melody of Memories and the lifeboats. Kinda throws a wrench in my theory lol. The data scape is mysterious so I wouldn’t be surprised. I just find it funny that a place, seemingly never touched by the heartless, now has a heartless show up after Sora’s arrival. Sora would find a way to befriend Vanitus, wouldn’t he lol. It does make sense that Sora wouldn’t destroy the darkness because Riku has already proven that darkness isn’t just evil and bad.

XD really though, i just found your videos and like the theories. i never played any of the ff games (just watched my sister play ff7 and ff15), but seeing this, i cant help but think that your theories as well as the sleeping realm theory are what nomura is going for in kh3
@ultimateshadeofwar
@ultimateshadeofwar 6 месяцев назад
2 things i would like to say, first of all, i don't think a crystal would fit kingdom hearts for being the contents of the box, not to say that it can't be one, i think that it would fit more to be either light or something of that scale which is more metaphysical and fits KH. This is more of a small detail then something important. And second and most important, given all that you presented at the time im making this comment, and im making this comment here because it's the last video i saw of the ones regarding this topic, i think that there is more to the MoM, not to say that what you are saying is possible, but the character that he is suppose to be, if we follow this theory that you are working on. Don't get me wrong, while i think that the concepts that crystal stasis are going to be adapt or stuff like that i don't think it will be one to one, but remix, which is why, i think is possible that MoM, if we follow the theory that you are presenting and what i believe, it's a combination of various characters, mainly something interesting is that MoM japanese voice actor voices King of Type-Zero, so i think that something that we have to analyze it's if they are suppose to be counter parts. Maybe is something related to King, there was also a theory that MoM is meant to represent Ardyn in VSXIII, but of this i can't be certain that it fits with this theory, or if it clashes, i would let you decided if you read this comment and decide that this is a worth interesting road to go down.

Hm, coincidence or significance? reference/cameo or inspiration? A Sound Theory or Just the Hopeful Thinking of a Fan? Even though you have brought some intriguing points, that I do find to be plausible, these are the Questions that your Agito XIII/Type-0 Theories do fall into at the end of the day, I mean, could we really be certain that (I have completely forgotten the KH Curator’s Name) would actually take anything from Agito XIII and Type-0 when those aren’t his Games? Would he pull something similar with them, like he seems to be doing with Versus XIII that was one of his? Regardless, i really do like this these Theories of yours and they are very interesting and am looking forward to see what you come up with next, Also, I honestly kind of hope for them to be right, ‘cause they would explain a lot it seems and the general Reaction to it all if all of this did turn out to be right would be a sight to behold, hehehe. But at the end of the day, we’ll just have to wait and see, but during that time I’ll be rooting for your Theories to be right. Though, I do feel like I have to ask, how confident are you in your Theories, really?
@flagfighter
@flagfighter 10 месяцев назад
I'm extremely confident. I know that that the Lost Masters will look like Class Zero when they remove their masks. Zero doubt in my mind about that. I don't expect everything else to be exactly the same as Agito, but it definitely feels like evidence which can't be ignored, which is why I use it to make further theories. I get the impression that you're thinking of Type-0 as "Tabata's game" because he was the director, but there were a lot of people who worked on the game, including Nomura. He made Class Zero. What fans have interpreted as Nomura's disappointment over Versus XIII looks like a much broader disappointment in the FNC to me. Type-0 is a 10/10 game for me, but the ending isn't perfect. I don't know if they were being rushed, but it FEELS like it was rushed. When I make a video about Agito (the character), I'll probably have to explain the ways it goes wrong. Tabata confirmed that the mobile game (which was shut down prematurely) and the sequel (which was cancelled) were going to rewrite that ending and have Class Zero survive... And I feel like that's where Nomura has been going with all of this Lost Masters business. Even the name "Lost Masters" feels like a reference to the fact that Class Zero were lost. Everyone has been left believing that they're dead when they shouldn't be. Anyway, thank you. I appreciate the skepticism. lol I try not to get my hopes up, but somebody's gotta be confident.

@johanstenfelt1206 10 месяцев назад
@@flagfighter hm, I see, very confident, huh? In that case, i hope you don’t get too disappointed, IF it turns out you were wrong. That being said though, I have to admit, with the things we have been given about the X Saga and the things that you have pointed out about Agito XIII and Type-0, there’s a lot of things (at least with how you have presented it all) that does lineup very well, almost scarily well to be honest and the similarities between the Clocktower and that Window is very curious, so it would seem that you might be onto something, but until we have got something more concrete to go with, we can’t be truly sure. Still, you did point out something interesting just now, so there have been other projects that didn’t make it like Versus XIII and while it wasn’t involving any Games by Nomura, it apparently did involve Characters by Nomura and Nomura making use of Characters that he has made despite being from Games he has not made has happened before(granted I can only think of one instance that has happened and the Character in Question didn’t really have a Major role or anything, but it still something), On top of that, considering the direction that Kingdom Hearts has been speculated to be going, with the whole Versus XIII thing, it really wouldn’t seem too far fetched to think that Nomura would include some aspects of other failed Projects too, alongside Versus XIII, in some way, Though, that mostly depends on what kind of guy Nomura is, I have gotten the impression that he is a pretty tricky fellow, but other than that nothing else, is he someone who values his Characters that much, that he would even give them another Chance in a Completely Different Game Series? Anyway, regardless, you have made some very fascinating Videos so far and wouldn’t want you to stop anytime soon, I will look forward to the next Video. By the way, do you know of Final Fantasy: Unlimited?
@flagfighter
@flagfighter 10 месяцев назад
@@johanstenfelt1206That's what I think. It does seem like he wants to give his characters a second chance in a new world. There's a potent sentimentality in the character writing of Kingdom Hearts that gives me the impression that he's the type of person who gets very attached to all of his characters. I watched Unlimited a long time ago. I barely remember it at this point, but I might like to watch it again sometime.
