Exactly with one of the biggest and proudest supporters in the world, it’s crazy how they haven’t utilised Social media, particularly RU-vid to give insights like this and others for a team we all Love.
I agree. Wasn't this the general work of a European club though? I get its a huge change for them but maybe its what has held back the international sides at WCs.
Great content as always. Irish fan here, Springboks are my close 2nd team. Have a special collection of Springboks jerseys. Watching the legendary Springboks of 2009 got me interested in rugby. Love all the content, especially Chasing the Sun. Was super delighted when you won the 2019 world cup. Hope we can meet in the final this year. Think we're the 2 best sides really. Best of luck for this 2023 season
SA supporters have the utmost respect for the Irish and the way they play, cant wait for our next encounter because the last one was intense in all aspects, good luck for the rest of your 6 nations campaign, with that Grand Slam on the horizon. 🥳
The we got the 80% the games before are working out that 20% we aren't sure about... prime example of why you can't judge a team until they play in the WC
He's an Asshole who has done incredible harm to the game and tarnished the reputation of SA around the world which took some doing as most fans around the world were genuinely happy to see SA become world Champions and the benefits it could have for the country going forward.
This is actually good business practice. Everybody seems comfortable to ask for clarity if they're not 100% sure of something. Good healthy environment.
Com’on Rassie, Jacques, Deon and Sticks and all the Springboks staff. You guys all rock and we are all behind you 150%. Don’t think we have even been in a stronger position with players experience and end of year performances. Watch out All Blacks / Ireland / France!!
Yes,,, this kinda stuff makes you immediately understand certain decisions regarding players throughout the year. I like that players are managed so well,,, its the key to winning these days. well done guys!!
Purpose of this video is to show clubs, player sponsors, tournament sponsors, players, agents, the public, what’s been done by the executives to manage the players
This documentary is the best I've ever seen about SA Rugby. I have never cried so much in my life before. I love these guys. I'm proud to be a Springbok supporter!!!
I admire how NIENABER never took it personally when Rassie never missed a bit as Bokke coach even when official title changed from Coach to Director of Rugby
@@stiaan4356 No, I think you are mistaking him for Felix Jones. Edwards from England, schooled just outside of London ...was long time Sarries and England Saxons S&C coach.
Pretty basic stuff really but interesting if you’re a bok fan; agree it could have been more tightly edited. At least this was more professionally done than the weird press conference videos which are produced where the sound makes them almost inaudible. Nice to see input from such a cross section. Also good to see no load shedding impact during the meeting! Hope they have a similar ‘vergadering’ over how to slick up our boys’ inter-passing & speed-of-ruck efficiency (& defence for that matter) to match the Irish/French & NZ Super teams where they are scarily well prepared and drilled. Thanks Good luck guys!
After wstching this Iam at peace. Even if we dont defend the RWC this year we at least teach other nations that Rugby fans around the world should have a peek into some of the internal processes. Transparency is a besutiful thing. It relaxes everyone including the players.
I’m going out on a limb here, and taking the brilliance of Rassie into consideration….it’s WC year, Rassie wants to retain the WC with a passion, and however great this presentation is, and I suspect lots more before WC, Rassie is taking the opponents on a ride to the East, meantime we’ll (the Bokke) comes in from the West….😅😅😅
This is what makes South Africa GREAT!!! Elon musk developing ecars and sharing his knowledge. Springboks winning the world cup and sharing to the world how they did it.
Thank you for sharing this video. While I found it interesting, I must admit that the length of the video made it a bit difficult to stay engaged throughout. I would suggest more video editing in your future episodes to keep the audience's attention from start to finish. Overall, I appreciate the effort and the fact that you are giving the rugby public an insight into what happens behind the scenes.
I guess you spend too much time on TikTok or RU-vid shorts, attention span has been diminished. Please don’t take offence, I don’t mean any. I thoroughly enjoyed this, especially because it was long, informative and about the team I support. 🇿🇦
If you can't/don't want to concentrate for 28 minutes or get bored then just press the pause button (space bar on keyboard) or skip forward (right key on keyboard). Problem solved, no? The only thing achieved by editing stuff out is that you take away people's ability to decide for themselves what they watch. There is no way to edit stuff out without ruining the video for someone else because everyone is going to have their own take on what is interesting.
Go Rassie. Manne nou is julle diep in. Kan ek net hoor waar sign ek op om die wêreld beker in SA te hou? Wonder só party dae of rugby nog vir almal toeganklik gemaak word.
I'm 5 minutes in. I am really sorry, but the rationale I've heard so far to join URC is weak. From a fan perspective, I am more happy to watch a better quality game at 7 am than watch a lesser entertaining match at 6 pm on a Friday or even a Sunday. I'm not an elite athlete, but can I assume that they would rather have longer flights and tours to Aus and NZ than to play non stop throughout the year with less rest and also in continously different climates?? Honest question.
I'm wondering if we should try and get the focus back on the rugby instead of the refs? I'm not one to say you should back off, by all means, express your thoughts and feel free to carry on with it going forward, but I do want to suggest we let bygones be bygones - there's so much world class rugby out there and I think we're lucky enough to get this kind of entertainment on our doorsteps.
Its easy to say when your not on the block. I wish each team gets a chance to experience it. Now in the world cup many teams complained about reffing. All I wanna say Welcome 2 our world. And nothing happened to any of these whingers. Wheres yh bans for dupont and his coach and others ? ???
Catching feelings...u've got better things to do...maybe like...get the Pomms to play better than the mediocre games they've been playing. We on the other hand...we're out here to build...not slant!!
@@mushimi_ buddy if you think that insights of a team were created by the English, then this conversation won’t go anywhere because I’m in no mood to convince you otherwise, but in short, the English rugby team were not the first to do it, and won’t be the last. Cheers. 🍻
