Love the inside tours videos. Really intersting to get to see a little more of what happens in the Bora Hansgrohe kitchen truck. Looks like they have a very plush kitchen truck... fancier than a lot of hotel restraunts... no wonder Sam Bennet is now winning at the Giro with a place to eat like that and some very nice food as well... loved how poor Emma was shooed out of the kitchen as there chef was getting super edgy with meal time coming up!! Made me chuckle! Thanks for this... keep them coming!

What ever happened to Hanna Grant? I never hear anything about her any more. I remember the many GCN segments where they featured her doing various recipes. I thought they were very interesting segments and she was so personable on camera.

Interesting remark towards the end: "No sugar." I wonder how many gel packets the team consumes during the race. Very healthy diet, although the amount of processed pasta is not the best. Silvio should think about doing a book about cooking for cyclists.
