Was excited to see the comics on the tour but I wish there was a digital interactive display that allowed a preview of these issues for the public. Even a simple slide show of the panels would be very effective

Comics professionals tend not to be as "precious" about their comics as the Collectible Comics Racket wants us to be. To the pros, back issues exist to be read and enjoyed, and perused for reference, not slabbed in plastic bricks with only their outer front and back covers visible to maintain the "condition" and maximise the "value" of one's "investment." Slabbing is antithetical in principle to the scholastic purpose of a reference library. While the DC library has storage cabinets containing copies of single issues, as shown in another video, most of the library consists of bound volumes - single issues of titles bound together into hardback like you would find in the bound periodicals section of a university library.
