Dishwashers actually SAVE water at least here in Germany they use about 6liters for a whole wash which is pretty impressive if u ask me.

Y'all it doesn't "waste water", the water is drained, cleaned, and reprocessed back through your local water system! The only water that disappears is what we consume. WATER IS RECYCLED. WE'RE ONLY TOLD NOT TO WASTE WATER TO SAVE OTHER'S WATER BILLS. Thank you to coming to my Ted Talk.

I remember in 1967 my mom had a dishwasher that was loaded from the top. Dishwashing machines are the greatest invention. I loved my Kitchen Aid stainless steel dishwasher. Cadillac of dishwashers. Too bad I sold the house and had to leave it behind.

Why do I feel so clean after this?

To all of you who says it's a waste of soap, go load the dishwasher completely full of dirty dishes, and time how long it takes for it to wash. Then take the same amount of dishes with the same amount of dirty stuff on them and wash them all at once by hand. It takes longer, and they don't get as clean because you don't use as hot of water as the dishwasher. Your sink piles up with dirty dishes. Think about it. you stop up the sink, add water, and then add soap to your sponge. You most likely have to drain your water 4-5 times during that wash of all that stuff. In order to get them perfectly clean, you have to add more soap to your sponge every once in a while as well. Think how little soap you have to put in a dishwasher, to get ALL of those dishes clean. And, instead of washing the dishes by hand, you could multitask and do other stuff that needs to be done while the dishes are practically washing themselves. And, it only takes about ten to twenty minutes to load and unload the dishwasher. 10-20 MIN. Your not eating constantly, so you don't need to constantly have all of your dishes clean. With the dishwasher, you don't have to come home, and spend 30 min washing all of Thursdays dishes. You just spend 5 min putting them into the dishwasher and that's that. THE END :)

I am not lazy, I have sensitive skin and I break out when I hand wash dishes. The dishwasher is my friend.

So if anyone ever wondered why you can't use hand wash dish detergent in a dish washer, this is why.

Am in a dilemma to should I buy/not coz of its quality of clean? 1. Does dishwasher cleans milkpan & cookers clearly like hand wash boz many times v use wire brush to clean milkpan, but as I seen here its just water spray with soap. Coz 35k is lot of money I don't want to end up in disappointment moreover waste of space too as a showpiece 2. if dishwasher does its job which is the best one, (money not a matter) Which is the best dishwasher 3. Whish washing tabs are best?

My dishwasher uses just 6 litres of water for a whole week's dishes (I live alone) & I never rinse or scrub first. Everything comes out gleaming first time. Especially glassware! It really does sparkle. Hand washed glassware never gets really clean. It saves hours of work & the energy & water savings are huge!

In my house we have a dishwasher that puts it in, washes it with soap and water, dries it with a cloth and puts it away....... I am that dishwasher...

This is like spa treatment for the dishes.. so relaxing

That upper arm was not installed correctly. Most of the water pressure is escaping at the center connection.
