@@BH-2 None of the "bedrooms" have windows nor in the kitchen or bathrooms. Very badly planned space, designed to hide the flaws in what is essentially a one-exposure large space with dark interiors. The kitchen looks like it is for someone who probably doesn't cook. Every half-decent cook knows a sink, however fancy, is useless without a splash-guard because the moment you use it, the water will be everywhere. This apartment is all hat, no trousers.
The loft is regal with its classic modern palatial flow with an imperial vibe, and a touch of whimsy. There are various nooks and crannies to hide a way for those moments of reflection. A favorite element are the glass walls and doors that add that lavish feel and bring in brilliant light and warmth. The views offer a peak of the cities unique buildings that surround you. It's really a masterpiece in the design layout. Thanks Ryan and your S. team for a tour of this elegant slice of razzle dazzle!!!!
My favorite part about this: 5:45 -- I'm wondering what that random LCD monitor/TV is in the corner of the master bedroom. It looks completely out of place with the rest of the interior decor. 5:47 -- Ryan is looking over at that thing, and in a second, considers whether to mention it as an amenity and realizes, 'I don't know wtf that is,' and just moves on. Love it
The best part is that it's so quiet ! Just beautiful. I was a RE Agent for 16 years in NJ, and I would get just as excited about a fabulous home as Ryan gets. Fun to watch ! Thanks
I lived on Crosby Street in the early 80s only a few restaurants down there one place to buy groceries that was on Spring Street. Much preferred to now.
Revisited this video again and noticed some more detail that just continues to mesmerize me. I'm so awestruck with this place. Not much for me to critique except maybe a projector screen to watch TV.
Great vid and I love what they've done with the lofts in SOHO. I remember what they looked like back in the 60's and even worse, the 70's! 😂Anyway, nice job!👍👍
A loft from manufacturing to some of the most interesting and creative people to now the biggest duche's on the planet. Yes i want my loft to come with a lilac suit and tie and a bunch of furnishings my identity coach selected for me in an afternoon. Ahh that lived in look that was fabricated by pottery barn. yes, this is what I want.
Uniquely creatively designed. I get so bored with most places that I see but this is flowing with creativity. Love the glass black framed petitions to the bedrooms which has a dual purpose to also let in sunlight. The lighting is a plus. You could put in a pool table instead and use it as another tabletop for entertaining. Very spacious. And the hidden seating by the window to curl up and read. Too bad it didn't have a fireplace.
Love how real estate agents know how to use strong visual adjectives in describing a property. Verbally and writing it. It could be an old wooden shack and they would know how to make it sound like it’s a palace in Versailles!
I used to work in SoHo and it's such a cool place. I can only imagine living there. If only I had the money. Great job Ryan and on a different note -do team up with Enes more!
The artwork in the place is very inspiring. I live in a similar loft in Belgium and I will experiment with hanging artworks above doors and higher up on the walls, such as in this Soho loft. The kitchen I would do in stainless steel, style ArcLinea or Boffi, but that depends on individual taste of course.
No amenities what-so-ever? Strong and solid pass. All the glitz and no form of security, even with a doorman or concierge. That’s why the monthly charges were so low!
I always wonder how people make their living that can afford 900 per month in HOA fees and shrug it off like it's NBD. My whole mortgage is only a few hundred dollars more than that per month.
Show more make longer videos please I like tours. If you want me to read stuff about it you could have chosen a few pics of it in a blog but you chose to use RU-vid. RU-vid is a visual medium. Utilize that to it's fullest. I watch Enez Yilmazer because his videos are thorough. I watch Cash Jordan's videos because they are thorough. People want to see the stuff and all the special things the property has to offer.
Absolutely love the space, it’s just gorgeous. However, the one thing that bothers me a little in lofts is that windows are only on one side of the apartment. I don’t know how I would feel about sleeping in a bedroom without windows. Although with such a closet, I’d find a way to manage. Love the decor as well but I would get rid of the ping pong table and put something else instead, I just don’t know what yet. 😉
The interior windows allow light into the bedrooms. I have a 2-bedroom loft in Detroit. One bedroom is windowless. I regret now not adding some type of windows into the wall but bedrooms are for sleeping. During the day, I’m up and out.
Both bedrooms don't have windows, and three bathrooms in this space is ridiculous. I don't think a room without a window can be called a bedroom in NYC.
