This probably the last public housing projects in Watts that is still majority black. Jordan Downs is about 2/3 Hispanic now and the Nickerson Gardans is probably over 50 percent Latino. Shout out to one of their PJWC OGs (King Kong/Donkey Kong) who gave me a tour of their gym back in the days.
