I see a lot of people complaining about his face being hidden. Um...do you whiners know the value of that box of watches? Do the math. Who ever you are thanks for sharing your collection. Very beautiful!
He doesn’t want to put a face to a name. Has nothing to do with safety. The CEO of any major company will be able to afford any of these and they have their face and addresses public.
His collection has left me speechless. Simply amazing. I'm just happy to see such a deep level collector made known for nothing else but the passion we share. Keep 'em coming!
Millionaires collect Patek Philippes and 1960s Porsches. Billionaires collect Picassos and superyachts. I consider myself lucky if I collect a paycheque at the end of the month! 😆😆😆
No probably has well over 1 million dollar worth of watches here so he's just being prudent. That Greubel forsey is over 200k alone and I'm being conservative on the pricing.
Whoa, when you have a nice collection yourself but still able to be blown away by others' collections. Very niece pieces and lovely video. Continue this series.
Thank you to Revolution for bringing this interview on line. This gentleman’s collection is so incredibly well curated that it makes 99% of other on-line collection reviews look cheap and boring.
At first i was wondering why is he not showing his face then he said "so we have 7 pateks here..." if i had 7 pateks i would probably change my voice as well....actually if I had 7 pateks I would nt even fucking post them online. This guy has balls.
So famous actors, athletes, CEOS of Companies, etc etc they are all getting robbed all the time? 1) Its clear he's in the middle east - very safe no crime so thats not a concern. 2) He wants to keep his private life private thats all while talking about his hobby. I have friends who wouldn't want to show their faces on the internet myself included. Has nothing to do with security
WOW! Amazing collection and I love Greubel Forsey watches and a dream of mine to own one. The AP project must have been so exciting to do and am sure the day you had to pick it up was like the day one becomes a dad 😊
thanks for clarifying that the 5970 is your favorite watch. I would have never guessed that, despite the fact that you bought 4 of them at maybe 140k-190k a piece.
Stunning collection but I’m not sure if I enjoy this silhouette interview though. Looks like we’re talking about something ilegal here. I understand he wants to keep his identity unknown but these are my thoughts!
Dumb thoughts. If u had a cool million in watches I’m sure I wouldn’t want to be showing it for the safety of you and yours. Anyways i think the silhouette ads coolness to the video. 😉
@@Estrelladosmusic Hes in the middle east its very safe. Not everyone wants their private life out in the public. I wouldnt post videos of myself. Everyone is different.
So, from his collection I choose all the Pateks, but if I would have to choose one for the rest of my life it would be 5970G, that silver/grey dial is one of the best looking dials ever. He is missing in the collection 5070G Salmon dial and 5970J-014, but he is on point, the 5970 is the new 2499. I would still add to this collection 5004 (all the materials) and also 5172G (2019 model) and probably 5270P because they will stop the production next year and Patek made probably around 400 pcs, and the salmon dials always go up in value. My dream watch is 5204/1R because of the black dial, but if Patek would make that watch on a strap with enamel dial, that would the end of the world watch for me. Overall, 5970G wins all the way, that dial is something else.
I got to choose the colour of my seat belts and dash board clocks amongst other things in my vauxhall adam, all of which probably cost as much as one of your blued screws...........very nice they are though.
Wonderful collection. Clearly someone who TRULY collects watches. Not just to show off. Not to merely keep and hide as an investment. But to go after watches that have personal meaning. I admire the quality over quantity (although of course I don't know how many watches you own in total). I think the owner can say the Ulysse is a lot of watch for the money ONLY because Patek would charge 4-5 times the amount for the same kind of watch. For the rest of the world however, that Ulysse alone is already simply out of reach. Crazy to see the Greubel and to see a unique piece AP. When I finally win that lottery, I might be able to get a few of those pieces one day. Until then, I'm just bonkers for conkers' collection. Congrats!
Topman! I'd love to see more variety but, who am I to whine about this collection? This is serious watch collecting. Impressive. I'd hide my face too. I'd even hide my voice. I'd had my butler talk about them for me.
simply beautiful or complicatedly beautiful - However I am pretty serious about my lovely Omega Cosmic moon phase triple dates in various sizes and metals - Patek next year maybe
You see all those pateks and think wow! Such taste such class ! Bravo ! And then you see that Ulysses nardin and you think naaah he’s just rich not classy
Watching this w my baby tuna on my wrist. To me, my baby tuna is just as cool even if it's worth 1,000,000 times less than these pieces. I get the feeling that these super rich guys are just parking cash in watches as investments. I doubt they ever wear them and enjoy them.
If they make 10,000 times more than the average Joe, don't you think they can spent 10,000 more on their daily watch? I mean, I daily a day-date and for me that's ok. I won't die if I crack the crystal or scratch it. That's no Patek by any means but that was my grail and I wear the shit out of it. Also, I'm pretty sure these guys have much better places to park their cash than watches.
i see you do NOT like Rolex. hahahaha. No single mention. It is understandable, since Rolex is really an "entry level" of Luxurious watches. I was an admirer of the PP, but considering that you can own +3 pieces of the same kind, merely diff colours, the watch simply lost the charm among the high profile.
