Just try work on your delivery and avoid repeating words like “coming this side” each time you walk us through a new space… maybe you can try script your presentation but give yourself room to improvise here and there? … I wanna feel like I’m having a conversation with you about the house. I’m not saying you should copy Top billing, but maybe just watch a few of their episodes. You are doing awesome work and I appreciate what you doing. Keep it up and you are definitely growing bigger than this.
Hello I am from Botswana however it is great to read about such expenditures in Africa and in South Africa so I would like to live in such kind of a luxurious estate in the future and it is just as great to be part of Africa's most accomplished mining bank such as the Rand Merchant Bank so as far as I am concerned my dreams on mining capitalism can be fulfilled as well, thank you.

It just feels like this house is big for the sake of being big. All I see is space and space. The space doesn’t look like it’s serving any purpose: aesthetic or otherwise. I think that South Africa needs to be inspired by Europe more if they are going to build with a European style, because houses like this in Europe, with this kind of space are filled with uniqueness, purposeful deco, automation and almost a perfect flow.
soon I will take a trip to South Africa to see if South Africa could do for me as my new country and take a house maybe a little smaller, maximum of 300 square meters, afterwards the house would be too big.The funny thing is that I am doing a good journey, born in america, from america I moved on to live in europe italy with my activities started, and now I am perhaps about to go to africa, what a beautiful path.
Like the design, open space, colour schemes. What do people do with all this space? Like the presentation & wouldn't mind a place that is 15-20% of this house's m2 as I live in a flat that is only 10% of house area.
@@LetsPropIn I mean I'm sure that other dynamics are at play (e.g. location, security etc.) but I think it should be at minimum R10m. When I look at that house I don't see an R18 million house.
For future purposes, would you kindly notify the camera man not to focus on you so much but the house that you are selling. I am saying so because 85% of the time I was watching you instead of the video. This will allow me as a viewer to see more of the details the entail the house.
