51 of my batchmates joined Byjus during the placement drive. 43 left the organization within a month because of extreme workload, toxic environment and unfriendly management team. Way to go Byjus!

Byju's claims if u dont like our product, u can return it within a certain period and get refund. But after selling it they don't respond if a parent wants refund. Their sales persons are shouted at for not meeting targets and also laid off. And here is a doctor's daughter who married her teacher (Mr. Byju) and is clearly enjoying her life.

We have to agree that the PR game of BYJU's is solid. This video comes at a time when they are facing wrath for their mass layoffs and signing Messi at the same time.

The best way to improve the company's reputation is by having a good employee culture. You can't ignore the fundamentals and then do a Brut episode hoping that everybody see you in good light. Also Brut, don't sell your ethics. Do your homework before you choose who you'd like to promote on your platform.

I have a girl in my team who was working for BYJUS, still she is having nightmares remembering the work load they had, she was in their marketing team, her job was to complete 40 to 50 calls with parents brainwash them..

I want that same level of confidence in life that being a literally thief, still giving lectures about social awareness . AK no ka chor 🤣🤣🤣

Fun fact: The govt school in this video where Byjus supposedly 'Teaches' everyday is Govt Primary School, Tubrahalli, Whitefield, Bangalore. The kids have absolutely no idea who they are. This was completely staged. Source: Volunteers who actually work there. I also used to work in a school very close to that school. What a giant piece of scam this company is.

I think becoming billionaire makes you immune from criticism and probably use media for their good PR. Doing small good things just to hide behind the fact that lots of people call you out for the right reasons.

I remember when BYJU first came,there were tv commercials and i remember there were 3 teachers, two of them shown here, one explaining about triangles. Life was simple back then.

Attended their interview and got myself lost for weeks. In the name of interview the pressure gave by their fellow employee made me feel insecure and all my education in vein. Happy that I didn't crack and got better things to do in life than cheating numerous parents. Ethics is something they themselves has to learn before teaching others.

When she said " I don't think there is anything called as work life balance, work is life and life is work". I think that pretty much tells about the culture of the company.

Their animation their tech catches our eyes and makes us fall for their trap and till we realize it's too late and we are in deep disappointment and depression of wasting so much money on such shitty stuff The whole last yr for me was a stressful situation don't know what to do where to ask for help... They just mentally destroyed me and filled their pockets and provided the worst course

Still baffles me the amount they pour on sponsorships when the financials numbers are plunging into thousands of crores of loss. Totally out of proportion. This is apart from the fact how parents and staff have suffered because of BYJUs.

BYJU'S is exactly like mentioned in the comments by many here, is a Marketing company and they care less about education in a real sense. Sad to see this video by BRUT. The game that they show here so lit up, so versatile and different from others, well to be honest nothing like that exists in reality. they seem to enjoy their lives better than others by a huge spam. If the teacher in the class in schools and colleges are able to teach children then there is no need of coaching classes online or offline.

Working in this company for 2 months was absolutely insult for me . Seriously my manager asked me get the sale done for 1.25 lakh from a family who took milk from their neighbour to offer me a tea. Worst working environment one person can imagine. Thank you Byjus I predicted your future in 2018 itself . You are bang on . If I would have worked there more for like atleast 3-4 months I would have been just like them . Ruthless …. Just do your sales make family emotional about their kids future insult the kids grab money out of their pocket . Seriously I didn’t cared about the rich clients , but I felt emotionally very weak with the clients who were not well with their financial status but still wanted to enrol their kids because their kids friends bought that . Seriously making people emotionally broke and selling their product was the strategy that Byjus used . I have a good research about their product and I can say I would not buy their product worth 1.5 lakhs for even 10 k INR . Believe in KARMA
