Christian, you bring up some good points. You are all over the road with respect to what you actually think is going on...it appears that you think that there's some significant skullduggery afoot in racing (and I would agree), but you appear to take it back at points as well. Hey, at least among the acknowledged racing cognoscenti, you are better than most. Last, what? No love for the supertrainers elsewhere? I'm a Chicago player...we have them too! Our guys do it natural-like, though, with hay, oats, sunshine, and yeah. :D

Bob went 4 for 4 because he pointed the horses for those races plus they were outstanding horses.

Anyone longtime horseplayer has observed two things happen frequently in racing that can't be explained as statistical aberrations: (1) "freak" performances by some horses, who never again run that fast, sort of like my average mile time is 8 minutes ... I'm not going to run a 4 minute-mile if I eat healthy and stretch, and (2) trainers that go through spells where they are "hot" and win at 30%+ rates, and then go cold, and win at 0-5% rates. The industry can and should do better for the health of the horses.

The only time that a horse is tested is after a race. The winner is tested and sometimes the 2nd place finisher and sometimes they will choose another. Occasionally a horse will be tested a few hours before a race for milkshakes. The problem is that what is being used. Is weeks or even months before the race.

hey Chris, don't open any pandora boxes...I look forward singling Bobbys horses in picks for leverage, so dont ruin it for the rest of us small railbirds pleze...lol....good videos. But if u think you Bobs in it, then Chad, pletcher, Asumussen, Sadler...got2get some attention. I think racing should let trainers use PDA to an absolute minimum in order to keep a horse healthy and eating well. You should ask those questions and find out more about that. thanks

I'm not sure Justify was given drugs but I'm convinced he was the best 3yr old that year. I can start by comparing his competition Good Magic a madian who won the breeders cup as 2 was ok Vino Rosso got good as a older but had no shot in Derby Audiable was at best 3rd best figure wise I'm trying to be honest I hit the P4 at the Derby alive to 7-14 I was convinced that either of these would be in front at top stretch so me and a buddy bought the first 3 legs 1920.00 ticket return 69k at Ebro greyhound track in Florida so in my eyes Justify was just the best that year

Justify failed Drug Test...Bafferts Horses failing drug tests left and right...Nobody cares..He just blames it on some food contamination excuse and the industry and fans buy that crap...Baffert is the Golden boy of racing aka teflon don...He does whatever he wants with no consequences...Another trainer is even "accused" of drugs and they are taken to the woodshed

I agree something is up with Baffert he had like 5 horses run/win the Triple Crown but Todd Pletcher, Shug McGhaughey can't win more than 1 Triple Crown race. Is Baffert a miilion times better trainer than Pletcher, HMMM!!!

The reason Bob Baffert and Todd Pletcher win all the big races is because they have the best and most expensive horses. It's not rocket science, son.

I am not impressed by the triple crown at all... I'm wouldn't be surprised if Bob Baffert wins the Triple Crown 5 out 10 years and it it would be ho hum no shock at all.. Justify was a grade 1 horse beating allowance horses 3 straight times... Big deal.. I wasn't a bit impressed.. In the Belmont he beat the same tomatoe cans he already beat twice.. I was 95 % sure he would win and he did.. No big deal

Numbers and probability can only take a horse player so far. If you can’t figure out “the how” question, then you can’t call yourself a professional horse player. You’re making outrageous accusations in this video, and I would be offended if I was a trainer.
