What about restaurants, supermarkets, the possibility to buy fresh organic food? This is important to know. Thank you. The appearance outside is very grey, kind of depressing without plants. Only concreted
In a german documentary about fumba town that aired about 1 month ago they spoke about ONE Supermarket and ONE bar at the beach. They also showed villages nearby where you were able to buy some groceries. But if you need more stuff you have to take the 30 minutes ride to the next big city. And they also interviewed a german doctor, who was working there 🙂 But if these houses are meant to be for families, at least a shool or any kind of child care is missing.
How lazy and greedy is that for the investors to put together Lego’s that all look exactly the same? What a dull place to live in such a beautiful coastline. Completely about the profit only. No need to drive around the neighborhood. You can’t tell one house from the next. They are literally all the same.
Inside is spacious and nice. but outside everything looks the same. They ruined the appearance of the place by having all the buildings looking the same. The bottom line, although cheap according to U.S. standards, only the rich can pay for them in such a limited time. Plus there are extra fees to be paid monthly and furnishing. This is really for a rich lifestyle. I hope the stairs could handle a chair lift for older rich people. Yet, the yearly fee seems cheap to me.
No garage? No state of the arti kitchen appliances including refrigerator/freezer and stove with hood , microwave, and dishwasher? Definitely not world class and way overpriced for $500,000 USD! Finally, how much is it to add a garage? pool?
This is almost like living in a prison. Indislike subdivison track houses. If these vilas were seen individually along with various home styles all atound, then they would be beautifully. Ownerships guves you no individuality. You aren't allowed to paint in nuetral colors the outsides of your hone, or add sidings. Great conceot, bit not worth it for permanence. What are the amenities outside of the home, besides the ocean?!
