@@nuh-uhbro765 Y'all trippin. U2 has been one of the biggest bands since they've been around. They're probably in the top 10-20 for all time records sold.. Besides that, they've also been touring forever and have fans everywhere. It's safe to say that TONS of people listen to them lol theyve been selling out arenas all over the world since the early 2000s.. Y'all acting like theyre some random band 😂
This is awesome... But, can someone please explain to me how “U2” is the band they chose to open this place up? Not only are they no longer relevant, and they plan to play sh!t from 1992... But how the f&@k is that a band you get to utilize the capabilities of this venue??? You’ve got to be kidding me. They must just want to work out the kinks on a crappy band first. Wow Wow Wow.
Albeit the tech wasn't anywhere near.. Wickstead Park Kettering England had a tiny version like this 30 to 40 years ago. It ran roller coaster and American firetruck response videos. This is just the perfect next level.
U2 done it first with zoo tv tour- they changed the groundworks of the live experience for ever so its fitting u2 open the place = the reall rock gods av roocked the world 🌎 🎙🔊🎸🥁🙏🙇♂️
The Sphere is kind of over exaggerated bullshit 🥴🥴TBH it’s a nice place Great for visuals but it’s definitely not what they advertised way before the place opened! T Mobile Arena looks,sounds and feels so much better than this place for concerts and perfect seat viewing. But The Sphere has the potential to be one of the most fun experiences if it took a Night club and movie night approach. It would be nice if they gave the restaurants a sit down area with the same sphere bowl experience along with nostalgic music.

Not sure if the people who built this realize that in about 7 years this is going to look so silly compared to what will be possible in Virtual/Augmented Reality. This would have been awesome in the 1990s though.
7 years seems generous to me. VR has been around for a while now and it still almost all looks awful, at least anything you can actually experience for yourself.
