Coach in my personal opinion is probably going to be on a NFL teams coaching staff in a few years. He’s got that it factor.

Great demeanor and energy. His voice is low and calming but with force.

I love him... it will always be when Coach Kelly was being interviewed in a 1 on 1 with the Colorado dude with "the voice" and Nick was in the cut, soaking up all that knowledge like a sponge! Coach Nick "be on it".... and the humble spirit he possessed when Lil Wayne was in the house. He's def a favorite and one to watch! Aight, lemme watch this video. Lol

Definitely putting in tremendous effort in coaching them up. It's no longer a game around there. Putting pressure on everybody, especially players from the old regime.

Neely, Loved how you captured the intensity of Coach Williams and the expectations he has, 1st, of himself, then, of each Man who is under his charge. Coach Prime's head coach while he attended Florida State was Coach Bobby Bowden. To this day, there was one characteristic about Coach Bowden that I admired back then and I still admire it today. Coach Bowden understood clearly the power of what was contained in a word. Anytime I heard Coach Bowden referring to his players, he'd (always) address them as "Men!" There is a word of wisdom that says, "Call those things that are not as if they are." We must believe, even if we do not yet see it, that the CU football players are Men! We "must" believe it and begin to (SAY) it all the time. If the three main military academies (Army, Navy & Air Force) refer to their players as Men ALL THE TIME, then all CU coaches should be willing to do the same when referring to their players. When a coach calls on a "kid" to perform a task, the result might be less than stellar; but when that same coach calls upon "A MAN" to perform that same task, something wells up inside of that player. The punk kid that use to give a half ass, mediocre response quickly scurries away and THE MAN, a REAL MAN steps to the fore and goes to WORK!!! Are we willing to change (everso slightly) the verbiage we use in our reference to our players? Do we have the courage to begin to call on Men (ALL THE TIME) to get the job done! Moral: You get what you call forth coaches! Are the Army, Navy and Air Force Academies just tougher and more mature than CU ball players? I DON'T THINK SO!!!

Cameraman, God Bless! This is what it's all about, the trenches, the Coaches, and the players. Coach Moe, "Either you're an asset..." As with my walk with the Lord, Either it is profitable or it is not. I do not mind the excerpts dealing with Coach Prime, Shaduer, Shilo, and the Boss, (forgive me for not knowing her, the youngest name, but I know it begins with an S), but the rest (ones wanting me to see them on the come up and how they are profiting now) is really not needed for me. Shalom, Amen.

I miss him at CU but as prime said he's about giving these young talented coaches opportunities they wouldn't otherwise have.

Coach is giving these Ends knowledge of how to Dominate the position. Ends must be smart, aggressive, violent, strong and Extraordinary. Great Job Coach!!!!!!

Mr. Pre game show please have the defense coach to have the rocky RU-vid video presents so that the players can see rocky training in the snow fighting to win against the Russian guy. They need to see the level of fighting he expect. You must give this to coach to share with the team on the big screen.
