@@zdenkamlinaric9137 I've been taking cold showers for some time now but I can't really count it at the moment because it's summer time where I live. A cold shower when the temperature outside is 30C°+ it doesn't have the same impact as during the winter when outside temperatures are below zero. But In saying that I have actually noticed the extreme heat is more bearable then normal which is very unusual for me because I've always been bothered by hot temperatures and I have always enjoyed the cold, I mean common sense tells us put more clothes on when it's cold but it's usually the police that tell us to put more clothes on when it's hot

When I was a teenager, I went camping with friends one January in the mountains of Tennessee. While crossing a creek, I fell in, and was completely soaked. Our campfire was small and weak because all the wood we could find was wet, so my clothes took forever to dry, and I had no choice but to go naked while I gathered wood for the fire, which occupied me for the next several hours, even after dark. The funny thing though, is that once I had gotten past the initial period of shivering, I was perfectly comfortable running around in the cold, and felt energized by the exposure. I made it a habit after that to repeat the experience every so often, except for getting my clothes soaked.

But on reading this I am assuming you are very physically fit and hence capable of putting all of these dreams into a physically tangiable reality - and all is well and good for you if you are that way (whilst sad for those who are not.) It is just the way the human brain and conciousness is supposed to work - so long as what we imagine/choose to imagine is sane and ethical, so as good things (not bad) can materialise out of it. As for "religion" - yes, absolutely crazy stuff, and life is way too short for all of that type of kerfuffle. But those people who waste half of their lives with gods, religion and performing useless rituals actually think/believe this stuff is real - but yet it always gives them "nothing". And, these people are certainly not imaginative or individual, because they are just blindly copying what an ancient book says - which was written by deluded lunatics from thousands of years ago. In this case, imagination should be unique to the individual - not indoctrinated from ancient lunacy, which had been passed on from father to son. This is not healthy nor viable.
This particular video is almost so exhaustive and covers most of the crux of what he is doing, what he is teaching, why he is doing so, and how relevant his method is. His method is not for superhuman things, and the archetypes as he said. It for anyone and everyone. I re-watch this video every now and then, and everytime, this video manages to make me feel so many things at once, and all of it mostly in a very productive way. The way he spoke about the death of his wife consumed me in tears and I had to watch the whole video. I have been practicing to some degree his breathing and cold shower techniques and it’s one of the many things that makes me feel superhuman!

This man inspired me to face my fears and weakness of cold as an open water swimmer. Today after 2-3 years 5-7 swim / week no wetsuit no goggles no bullshit. I couldn't handle an open refrigerator while grabbing food to withstanding swimming in 50* water in winter plus wind. Water and cold made me connect to a deeper sharper level of mental strength and clarity . Dr sea made me realize the deeper connection we have with water and life. Like mother Earth and our bodies consist of73% water and we all come from mother water womb as all lifeforms sprouted out of water. Water is our physical,emotional and mental wellness. We are after all creatures made of water,electricity and "dirt" an alchemical symbolism to salts.(12cell salts) the 12 gods of the zodiac ... Anyway Throughout my swimming ,I started meditating in silence while floating. Later on i added a soft humming sound YaH on inhale and Aom on exhale while my ears are submerged. The sound vibration echoes back in my skull like a bell leaving my nervous system tingling from head to toes feeling every clog and blockages in my being. For the last 3 years i got the flew once and i feel,look and move like 20 years old instead of 43. Human cures and salvation is found in nature ,if only we have ears to hear and eyes to see.
that is nuts and ironic. just last year in February of 2017 I began my journey into freezing water to reduce my anger. this last winter I was able to jump into freezing water and stay for 30 minutes without getting out and the feeling I had was amazing I done this because I have a disease. when it is summer like it is right now I don't get to train but during the winter months I love freezing water it really works the feeling you get ffrom the moment you leave the water and 5 minutes after is like being born again. you leave all despair behind. It is like a emotional detox. by the way I never heard of this guy. I went swimming in freezing as a survival tool from killing myself.
The human body, by study, gets hypothermia after 3 minutes of cold exposure. Wim trains people to expose themselves to 2 minutes for obvious safety reasons. Recently he had a group of people in which he made them stay in ice cold water for 10 minutes... 5x what the human body is capable of. You know the best thing? Wim didn't train them to do that. He told them that they can do it through sheer willpower. That alone breaks scientific research, I completely believe you stayed for 30 minutes. Live a fantastic life.

It rather gives you the power to change the things you cannot accept and to accept the things you cannot change. By this, you get rid of your problems. In some cases, seeing a doctor can still be helpful though!

I don't think its all about the mindset though. Somehow it is but not totally. You can't endure that level of pain sometimes. Your body system can't function. If your body fail you then you will die no matter how brave heart and strong minded you are. Only focusing on positive side and will power can't save you. But ya nature heals. Every drug is made out of drug. All kinds of medicines are in nature. We don't have to rely on chemical drugs and pharmaceuticals if we can learn to make medicines by using herbs, plants and other resources avialable in nature.
I used to get headaches so I went to serveral doctors and they said that I'm okay they said it's psychological. I went to a psychiatrist he told me that I have something called psychosomatic disorder and he gave meds for that, the meds helped but it's changing my motives and my priorities, it's making me careless! How did you overcome the headaches?

The exact same realizations, understanding, awareness and awakening came to me in 2009 at the lowest part of my life, only I have not had any success in making others understand or come into their own conscious awareness so I tip my hat to this man for figuring out the way! I believe this man when my baby girl was sick with fever, she was boiling hot, I out her in ice water for few minutes. I was desperate and her mom abandoned us because I was poor then. I had no money no one to help. I was desperate, so I put my baby girl in freezing ice water and that was it. The fever was gone and she slept well. Next morning she woke me up with a big smile. Yeah basically I believe this guy.......

You got lucky. It is a drastic shock to the body, especially to a baby. You must acclimate. Next time, use a tepid bath, 80 or 90 degrees, or about the same as a swimming pool on a warm summer day. Also, no emergency room can legally refuse care to anyone, based on inability to pay or not, or lacking insurance. in the US, that is. Once a patient is STABILIZED, they can request that you take her to a facility that is government subsidized but refusing urgent/ emergency care to a patient based on ability to pay I against federal law. Next time, put wet wash cloths on her back, top of her head, chest and thighs, trickling water on the cloths as they start getting warmDO NOT wrap her in blankets. This keeps the heat in, not allowing it out. She will raise help, because she's "cold" but shivering is natures way of fighting fever. Glad she's ok. But as a Christian myself (born to a Christian family/received a few sacraments) I believe that the writer's of Bible, purposely never mentioned that, their religion came from worshipping SUN - The Light as opposite of Darkness ... And if you refer to history (that was mostly writen by educated chatolic Monk's), Holy church was sistematicaly killing ppl, that came up with radical ideas back in the day & Vatican still holds mighty power all over the globe even in 21century.
