Kojo can you extend your business by creating or boosting your business with high tec landscaping in Ghana ? It seems like a lot of the developers just build with a very bad or sometimes no landscaping. Also the developers don't care about the roads that goes to the community. I believe you can upgrade your development by making your areas attractive to customers. Add more to it like running water is the main one ,park ,gym, swimming pool for the residents. Create nice environments. The brown color around houses takes the beauty out.Make it green. WodeMaya push for more land scaping in Ghana 😊

I like the house, but why is there no vanity for the bathroom sinks. Where would you rest your make up, etc., when using the sink? I stayed at a condo while on vacation, and there was no where to rest anything while using the sink and mirror. That would also be a problem for me.
But what is the acreage we paid double and some change for a house in America but we renovated and actually have over 10 acres of land with a pond and water well. The acreage is very important as the Agenda is to stack everyone ontop of each other or hardly have any backyard to grow food etc.
