This would be a good investment for letting inbound celebrities, top politicians, government diplomats, delegations for short stays in Nairobi at a fortune!
Nairobi GDP= $30 billion USD NYC GDP = $1.6 Trillion USD What do these figures mean for someone who wants big ROI on their investment?🤔 Kenyan politicians are taking taxpayers money and rushing to invest in Dubai real-estate market (Dubai city GDP is aprox. $500 billion USD).
Me watching all this in my Single room knowing my landlay is demanding me 2 months of rent while I'm using Wifi of my neighbors illegally at night when they are asleep. 😢
Ouch! Is the view really worth the 130M shillings premium over what such a size and design should sell for? I don't know but clearly the target for that is International buyers. I don't think locals would be duped into the whole view craze. And it's only the highest for now, that's before 88 Nairobi is finished and that has penthouses on the 44th floor, that's 14 floors above that level, add to the fact that it's in Upper Hill which is already sitting higher than Chiromo where this is, and you can see just how much higher that will be. Personally, if the view was that important, I would get a 3 bedroom unit at 88 Nairobi on the 39th+ floor and the balance, a nice 5 bedroom in Karen or Lavington. If I go for Lavington, there will be enough change to get a brand new, zero mileage 2024 Landcruiser, plus furnishing! Think about that!
Lol my thoughts exactly! Not much to savour here, also too much "concrete" around the apartment anyway for KSH165m. A local "billionaire" wouldn't be duped into great views for that amount of money. There's many other better alternatives for that kind of price tag, with enough parking spaces for a brand new, zero mileage 2024 Landcruiser and many more toys
@@gabu_baba_taita I think people have different interests when purchasing ,is just all about having the property outside there ,someone might be looking for exactly this .
Says someone without a passport, I have been allover East Africa and am not even Kenyan but I beleive kenya has the most value for money estate across the entire East African community.
I don't know the view is good, but 165 million? is debatable some properties don't have the height but they have better finishes facilities and also they could have done better in the Kitchen for that price. no laundry, but all the same they tried and we appreciate. good video.
@@mentuhotepii2641well organized I think the first question should be how do you bring in your furniture to that height ,and how do you clean your windows .
I mean no harm, but this is super overexaggerate. The place is nice and everything but however, it ain’t no ocean view type of price. Next thing my friend you can tone down on all….. the emphasis.
24 mints i will not get back this not worth the money i have seen better place in Mombasa and cheep and beiger and it have beech view and i see a 1 ac in Karan for 80 m and it had beiger kitchen and beiger walking closet
The amount of times I heard the word “billionaire” is enough to make me manifest 😂 I legit think this RU-vid video is the longest ad for this piece of real estate. What do they call those? Video brochures? Nonetheless a big kudos to you Boris. Wonder how your videographer kept a straight face throughout the filming of this. I’d be cracking my ribs no lie. 😂 Good watch!
It would be nice to go through the facts before shooting. This usual phrase "there is nothing like that in the market " has become a signature lie. GTC developers misread the market. You would think by now should be sold out.
Mehh!! For that lrice the kitchen is underwhelming .plus its noy furnished 😢 so you basically paying for the views the gouse and fixtures are underwhelming
Got soo much respect for Borris. This guy is a master of his skill! It's like watching the Michael Jordan of real estate in this East African region of ours. Amazing property!
My 2 cents, Good work @realtyboris, I feel like more work would have been done on the master bedroom for that kind of money. You liked it but struggled a bit presenting it.
Top top notch luxury apartment comes to Nairobi ,green city in the sun, such apartments in New York, Dubai, London, Miami would go for nothing less than $15 million, topnotch stuff my brother, thanks for posting, that's good knowledge for future reference. 😅
