$11 Million in Florida and no water view? You are talking about another $50K in add ons? And don't forget the $50K + / month HOA and Property Taxes? I think at that money you better have a ocean view.
If this is supposed to be purchase by someone who will entertain a lot, how in the world doe sit have a non-enlargeable (glass top) dining table that seats only 8? And a big deal was made of the Sub-Zero refrigerator, but what chef is going to want to come in and cook for parties with no gas range? The living room described as a "massive entertaining space" is smaller than most middle-class homes' living rooms (it's certainly much smaller than mine)! A closet with a sink? What on earth?? In that first bedroom which was shown, one had to go throught he bathroom and past the shower to get to the closet - there was no access from the bedroom! As far as I'm concerned, the independent thermostats in each bedroom and the lovely wraparound terrace are the only things in the "pro" colums besides the location. The rest of the interior design/floor plan/space was a huge fail.
Beautiful Penthouse , But You Forgot to Mention what Amenities come with That Penthouse ……. For Example I see A pool 🏊♂️ …… Is Part Of that Condominium Building ??????? ….. What about Parking 🅿️…????????? Those Details are very Important .
With all that space the sofa is way too close to that huge television. Closet with sink? Why? The kitchen sink is not much farther. Seems like the space could have been arranged better. Price is ridiculous, but aren't they all?
11 million+ ....plus taxes and homeowners fees ....I can get 5 houses all over the world way better than this, and have money left .....not worth it. Miami is not that great.

I love as in care to 👀 see rich as in beautiful scene's of outside and inside the houses and, apartments connections, but,, I don't care as in don't love to hear the advertiser's speak unfairly or unreal or unreallly to be not true about advertising and or are information of talk that's not really fair and or not really needed to be said nor advertised and or could be said fairly in other ways to not speaking as in advertising talk as if saying to be other persons that hear and or watch could be advertised without saying you, your or we at times apearing to be unfair or unreal for persons that watch and or can't afford and or aren't interested in the way the advertiser's saying, but, just choose to watch for other fair reasons that's not political. 👉 No disrespect; I'm just being honest is legal by the beautiful helpful art of the made-up words of sign language of communications that's like a beautiful helpful sign language being that person's choose to be fair to say right and or respectfully, but, could be a problem to wrong cheat or get persons hurt by unfair and or unreal talk called politics that I am fairly as in legally against.
the balcony for the master would surely need to be sectioned off. as for the den in the primary bedroom area, no rest room so i wouldn't it a theatre nor any public area.... too close to master also. maybe my office, pretty big but could be a library as well.

With rising sea levels, much of coastal Florida will be flooded in our lifetime. There are safer places to live.
I'm a Coral Gables native meaning I've spent most of my life literally below sea level and if there is one thing we're good at in Southeast Florida, it is managing flooding and pumping rainwater out quickly and thoroughly. NYC may be under water in our lifetime because they're not used to monsoons like we are here, but it'll never be like what doomsday-sayers think.
