Hey Next time try and visit Kauku before getting into Entebbe there is a fish market there or Using Ggaba road just before Munyonyo ... You can go to Ggaba Market , there is also a fish auction market .... Just in case you still wanted to meet fishermen and get fresh fish. Hongera sana Kwa hiyo kazi nzuri unayoyifanya
Very interesting, that expressway is amazing!!! By the way while you were in Kisumu you missed a special tourist attraction, its called "KIT MIKAYI" in Luo dialect or translated as "Stone of the first wife"
Hey Eugene, it is part of the conservation area. There are a couple more beaches in Entebe. In our last Roadtrip, The Uganda Series, we went to White Sands Beach. Very beautiful too
Nice to see an East African promoting East African states, and Africa for that matter. Couldn't help but notice many errors-although it is not a crime-; like first off, Entebbe is a Municipality and not yet a city, secondly, plantain is not the Ugandan staple food per say, Uganda is a multiethnic nation with the different tribes or ethnic groups having different staple foods. Plantain (also called matooke) is popular, and a staple food amongst most of the Bantu ethnic groups while millet posho( also called kalo, kal or atapa, to mention a few of it's names) is a staple food amongst most Nilotic and Sudanic ethnic groups. Some Bantu and Nilotic or Sudanic ethnic groups also consume both matooke and millet posho fairly equally as staple foods, for example the Bakiga/Banyankole as a Bantu group that use both fairly equally, and the Japadhola and Itesot as Nilotic groups that consume both fairly equally. Potatoes, sweet potatoes, sorghum and maize flour also feature highly as potential candidates for staple foods of different ethnic and tribal groups in Uganda. Unlike in Kenya where Ugali and Sukuma are consumed more broadly and generally throughout the Kenyan populace, and could arguably be considered a national staple food, in Uganda, such a thing does not exist, if it does, then it would perhaps have to be maize posho and beans. Maize posho and beans is what most schools in Uganda provide for pupils and students. Posho and beans is once again one of the most affordable dishes in Uganda apart from street food or snacks. There is even street food in Uganda that is a dish consisting of chapatti and beans (also called kikomando). Maize posho and beans are also food crops that are easily cultivated in most parts of Uganda, for this reason they are most widespread in most of Uganda, and it is therefore safe to say that maize and beans are consumed by a more broad and widespread number of Ugandans. Just subscribed to the channel. Loved this vid. Can't wait for more! Love from UG. PS The western route is the route you will want to use if you plan to tour western Uganda, not Uganda. You will need to use the Eastern route to tour Eastern Uganda, the northern route to tour northern Uganda, and the Hoima or Fort Portal Roads to tour mid western Uganda.
Exciting seeing a tiger upclose the tiger is a bit bigger than lion, its very elegant, our countries should conserve wildlife for future generations, thanks for posting.
Hahaha, lol...I really laughed loud when you sung " jangu tegende mu kwepicha.....". Do you know what you were singing?? translated into swahili it means " kujja tuende tutomb....ne" or "..come lets go we F...k each other" 😂😂😂. kwepicha is a young stars word spoken to disguise, instead of using the direct words, so that parents and big people dont understand and dont get embarrassed. .
Here again enjoying this wonderful episode...Wish u had visited imperial resort Beach Entebbe, its a Wonderful place....Thank you for the upload and happy birthday to you...
only 2 main roads no good streets. Try to go toward the ferry terminal and you tell me if it is still beautiful. As foreigner, you can only see the main roads and tourist attractions. This country so called Uganda, is in the dumpster. It will take at least 10 years to get back to Obote and Amen time. That president and his family have destroyed and looted the country for over 39 years. Sad to see such beautiful country go down like that in one family hand.
Liv I’m a big fun of u n a follower but not sure whether the cameraman showed as a different animal but what shown on a screen wasn’t an impala but a young calf of water buck😅
I lived thus episode.i also liked how our 'cousins' were literally begging for food and clapping, they were amazing. Never knew entebbe had world class facilities. I lived imperial, looked great.
